- Extending your tourist visa in Phuket is a straightforward process that can be completed at the Phuket Immigration Office. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Gather the required documents:
Completed TM.7 application form
Copy of your passport (including photo, arrival stamp, re-entry permit, departure card (TM.6), and last visa extension)
One recent passport-sized photograph (not older than 6 months)
Application fee of 1,900 baht
Visit the Phuket Immigration Office
Submit your application:
Take a queue number and wait for your turn. When called, present your documents to the immigration officer. They will review your application and may ask for additional information if needed.
Pay the application fee:
Once your application is approved, you'll be asked to pay the 1,900 baht application fee. You can pay in cash or by using a credit card.
