    i just watched the Warriors-Mavs game and a mavs defender slightly grazed Jordan Poole's forehead with his hand and Poole went down like he was executed by a firing squad. The refs reviewed it and called it a flagrant. This game is starting to look like soccer where guys are constantly flopping and doing more acting than competing, but they get rewarded for it so why not. A similar act happened later in the game to Damion Lee, but the refs didn't see it. He tried milking it just like Poole did, but after not hearing a whistle for a few seconds, he magically healed and ran down the court

      I think we can all agree that Cliff Levingston was the single greatest basketball player to ever play the game. Magic Johnson, Big Country, Bird and Antoine Carr round out the top five with honorable mention to Gollum

    Ewing and Oakley did the right thing by trashing John Starks for that headbutt. Talking trash is one thing but deliberately headbutting someone for it on a Basketball court on the professional is uncalled for.

    NBA doesn’t play basketball by the actual rules it shouldn’t be that physical it’s a game of finesse not bully ball.

    Lol i like the one where Willis throws an elbow and doesnt even hit anyone but they call a foul. People think this era was tougher because you make compilations of players committing hard fouls from the 80's and 90's and act like this happened every night. Its just not true. Players today are just as competitive.

  • @johnasbury3856
    @johnasbury3856 ปีที่แล้ว

    In all fairness to Starks, Reggie Millers face alone will make you want to headbutt him and then add his voice in and you will want to punch him. Great ball player annoying as hell.

    Jake O'Donnell was a biased referee...he would call phantom fouls/technicals because he didn't like a player. He was a bum.

      thats because Barkley was palming him, I think only the forearm was allowed, so it was a foul on Barkley, but I might be mistaken, they changed that rule or introduced it around that time, can't recall now

      I couldn’t agree more.
      When the NBA started to clamp down on that stuff, the athleticism of the players began to grow exponentially. Half of growing a garden is killing the weeds so that what you’re trying to grow can flourish.
      To me Chuck Daly kinda like the last President just a weed waterer - not talented enough to get it done w/o cheating
