Then do it! It doesnt take confidence ( to do it well yes but to go learn no) . Im 38 mother of two, 0 confident and ended up in those classes. Ive never been happier even if I suck at it😂😂 start by doing push ups belly and back muscles at home, go run. You will be good to start❤

OK. I have come to the conclusion this is the most difficult dance form in existence along with pole dancing. Harder than Irish step dancing, ballet, and even Sam Toby/flowmayhem with her fire dances, though I find Sam Toby's style the most terrifying. I am majorly impressed. These chicks defy physics.

They aren't from America and that show is scripted so I doubt it would be actual competition
The one with the white hat has the smoothest transitions which indicates how much body control she has and I believe this is the most important in breaking dance.. Of course, speed is as well an important feature but if the transitions are sharp and cut-off, then they slow you down which this is the case to the rest bgirls in this video
btw this is just my opinion.. i am not saying that the rest bgirls are not talented because obviously that's not the case.. i can't even do a proper push up.. i am just making an observation as a viewer

Notice how the women aren't able to sustain on their arms only. This is the biggest difference between the men and women break dancers. Break dancing is mainly floor work and the women have longer run ups on both feet.
