I use 40wt polyester threads :) And yes, you totally can! You'd just need a 5 by 7 inch hoop but it can also be recreated in a 4 by 4 inch hoop.

The stabilizer is a no-show mesh cutaway and the fabric is Acrylic felt!

Hey Hector! I use a Razer laptop but it's because I do a lot of gaming on the side too. It's hard to recommend a specific PC since there are a lot (on top of building one yourself).
See your local PC shop, inquire what your goals are (running applications) and give them your budget!
