If you ever go to Fort Mill SC you’ll have to check out Hobos. They have a chicken and waffle sandwich, but add fried egg, bacon and get some syrup for the sauce. The waffle could be better but it’s still pretty fire. Milkshakes decent too.

Mid Atlantic Seafood (go to the Laurel, MD location). I know this is a big list, these are a few staples I haven’t seen you go to yet. America’s best wings is poppin too, but they aren’t specific to MD.

For those who don't know scotch bonnet are very similar to habanero peppers. If a dish calls for one or the other you can substitute if one is available and the other isn't. In the US habaneros tend to be more readily available than scotch bonnet. Scotch bonnets are slightly sweeter and shaped differently. But in terms of scoville units they provide a similar type of heat and are in the same family of peppers.
