If Ita is on 28th Sept , 7 weeks to air means 20th November , then within 3 weeks biometrics u said means 10th December , another week for appointment means around 15th - 20th December u did he biometrics . We submitted our application on 29th Apr, post receiving ITA on 29th Mar. Got biometric request 10 days after on 9th May, and went for biometric completion on 12th May. All updated in the system, and it says 'We are reviewing your application '. Let's see when PPR comes through. As per the video, should be soon? I applied my PR after ITA on September 30, and now I'm planning to travel to India in March. I've my TRV stamped. But what if I get PR approval when I'm in India? Both TRV and work visa will get expired?

You can still apply under federal skilled workers (FSW) draws if this is what your question is. One of my friends did the same after getting PCC nomination but he didn’t complete PCC application and then got through FSW draws when he met the cut-off criteria

Dear Mam, I have entered wrong education details in my Express Entry profile as my actual starting date of bachelors degree was june 2017 and end date was june 2021. But I entered starting date as june 2018. Can I make changes as I have received ITA? Also in case of my masters degree, the starting date was July 2021 and the course work was from July 2021 to December 2022 and in last semester there were no exams or courses. I have mentioned starting date as July 2021 and end date December 2022. But in marksheet the passing date is June 2023. Will this impact my PR application? Or should I make changes in all these details befor submitting final application? Also I have been working part time from Nov 2018 to Nov 2022. And from Dec 2022 to till now, I am a full time employee. Please help me out sir.

After ITA, it takes about 6 months or more to get a COPR (visa printed on your passport). After that, you can land in Canada anytime within next 6 months

As u r given 2 months to submit the documents after receiving ITA, and if PCC is taking 8 weeks (have heard of others as well). Can it impact my invitation time limit of 2months? Without PCC received within 2 month cause retrieval of invitation?
if you fail to submit your docs in time, your invitation expires. You don't want that to happen, and it is better to decline the invitation in that case :) So, the advice is to do PCC a month or two in advance (when you are expecting the ITA). Easier that way to submit your docs post ITA. Also, gives you wiggle room for doing your documentation right and time to correct any error. Anecdotal experience: Indian police will ask for bribe and potentially sit on your PCC for a while so that you get desperate and pay bribe without hesitation.
Thanks a lot Kanika ❤️ it is recommended to get PCC appointment as soon as ITA is received bcoz the entire process takes 5-8 weeks. In adverse scenario, it is possible to request for an extension to IRCC (over 2 months) which would delay the process a bit but extension is granted bcoz they also know the challenge with PCC. However, getting it done a couple of months in advance is a good idea if you’re sure that your invitation is just around the corner! All the best 😊
90 days is a good enough time provided by Canadian government for background verification. Yet, it is advisable to finish everything in 2-2.5 months to keep some margin

How will I get a Canadian job offer while being in India? and will the employer really consider our candidature to offer a job despite being in India? Pls take us realistically thru the process to get a job offer with COPR while being in India!
To be honest, it is really tough but not impossible. I’ll highly encourage you to start applying diligently a couple of months before landing, that’s exactly what I did. I’ve uploaded a couple videos on the topic, see if you find them useful. All the best 👍

My crs score is 442now, my birthday is in upcoing august so , in what time i could get nlcc 7 in tef canada , is 4 month-time , considering myself a complete beginner i could read 10 hours a day,
The brain takes time to get used to the new language, even if you study for 10 hrs your mind won’t be able to retain half of it. So 4 months is a very aggressive timeline. I would suggest keep a timeline of 7-9 months and then see how you’re progressing. All the best 👍

Keep checking your application status in EE profile. Timeline differs for everyone so can’t comment on that. In case of delay you can also email EE team.
Yes, some of my friends did that. In most cases they wouldn’t ask for the ITA coz PCC is done for many other purposes. Please know that for immigration they need latest PCC (issued in last 90 days I think), so apply for it if you’re sure that the ITA is on the way
No, we did it through immigration consultants. But the process is quite straight forward, and can be done on our own. Know many people who have done that.

PCC from passport office takes 15 days . I received it yesterday.
Timeline may differ depending on the time of the year. I got it in 20 days after my appointment date at the passport office

How possible do you think this is? How will I get a Canadian job offer while being in India? and will the employer really consider our candidature to offer a job despite being in India?

To be honest, it is really tough but not impossible. I’ll highly encourage you to start applying diligently a couple of months before landing, that’s exactly what I did. I’ve uploaded a couple videos on the topic, see if you find them useful. All the best 👍

No, for academic documents they use the ECA report. After ITA, they need job experience proofs, funds proof, medical, and police verification
Watched this video 100 times as I have passed my medicals and biometric in first week of december 2023 and still waiting for PPR. 😞
Did you apply through express entry? I’m also in the same scenario but I submitted my docs on Oct 27th 2023 and now biometrics and medical completed so waiting for PPR same as you 🙂

The brain takes time to get used to the new language, even if you study for 10 hrs your mind won’t be able to retain half of it. So 4 months is a very aggressive timeline. I would suggest keep a timeline of 7-9 months and then see how you’re progressing. All the best 👍
You can look for an arranged employment in Canada through LMIA. It will boost your score with 50 points

You’ll be paying the PR fees only when you receive the Invitation from Canada and not at the time of express entry profile creation

@@maptycorn2933 after invitation (ITA) fees and documents submission is done and just in case there is something wrong with documents assessment and the application is rejected, your fees would be refunded. Otherwise the PR would be received

Yes, some of my friends did that. In most cases they wouldn’t ask for the ITA coz PCC is done for many other purposes. Please know that for immigration they need latest PCC (issued in last 90 days I think), so apply for it if you’re sure that the ITA is on the way
