Sir, in employment history which comes after we click on continue application , do we have to put every job we worked on? or just need to show that job for which I am getting points and going to show proof?

Details filled under work experience and education section is getting pre populated in personal history section as well in post Ita. Should just leave pre populated data as is and add renaming personal history or delete it as that information is already part of previous sections?

1. During my study application, I didn't mention my part time homebased online job in the Form but mentioned in the statement of purpose letter. During my part time online job, I have my main job. In my PR application, do I need to mention this part time online job or not anymore since I didn't mention in the form? What can you advice?
2.In my Travel History form, I forgot to mention one country. Do I need also to mention this in Travel History this time?

I created my express entry profile myself and entered the amount 15000 in the funds section.
I got to know from someone that it is mandatory to show 15000 dollars.
So now I got the ITA under CEC class and I want to change the amount I entered previously which is way less than the amount 15000.
Will there be a problem if I change the amount now ? Or else it’s better to decline the invitation and re apply

Hi, Just a quick question, I have done Masters in Dental surgery from India (3 yrs) and in my ECA the Canadian equivalency is 3 years of graduate dental education. Hence, can you please confirm whether this equivalency is considered as Masters?

I received an ITA today after the draw was announced. Upon checking my application, I see that I've answered 'YES' to the 'intended work in canada' section whereas it should be 'NO' as i started working in Canada after receiving my PGWP. I am qualified under CEC category and will be completing my 3 years work experience in 2 weeks.
I don't have positive LMIA from my employer.
Will my PR application be refused based on my 'yes' response to the 'intended work in canada' question?
Note: I checked my score in the CRS calculator again today and it is not decreasing after answering 'NO'. So the points are the same and I'm not sure if my application will get approval or not.
I believe that because I said 'NO' to the positive LMIA question, I never got the points for having an offer letter. so should i refuse the ITA and correct the 'intend to work in canada' answer to NO and wait for ITA again? or should I accept my current ITA and attach LOE for the document when asked?

I have one concern about documents submission with respect to employment history. Is provident fund proof mandatory. Reason is total have around 7 years of experience. But my first company was a start up so no PF amount was given. But salary bank statement is available. Is it sufficient or should I remove the employment history of my 1st company in work experience?

Hello! I and my wife don't want to seek experience letter from our current organisations as it would create unnecessary noise and trouble.
1)Excluding current experience, we both have >3 years of experience
2)We have experience letters for our primary NOC from our past companies
Can i safely delete current experience and move it to personal history section, and explain the same in letter of explanation (that current employer is not providing experience letter) ?
Do we need to mention address history for dependent spouse also ? (In e-APR)

I have one doubt related to name - I have my education documents with last name given in initials and passport contains the expanded form. Would a "one and same certificate" suffice for justifying this difference in names?
I did not legally change my name.. issue with initials in name is pretty common in south India..

I have 3 different employment experience and so I understand that, I will have 3 different pdfs to upload.
My documents of each employment is more then 75 pages. And if I compress the pdf, the document gets little blur though readable.
I tried couple of time by shrinking images/ pdf but I am not satisfied with the resolution of my documents after compressing it (Though they are readable). I do not want to reduce documents as they are all proofs for my employment. What shall I do now? Can we upload two pdfs for one employment on portal? (Like done in case of SINP)

I have received the ECA document checked and approved by WES.
I have completed my Masters in Distance Education from Sikkim Manipal University and Bachelors from Mumbai University.
WES considered Masters (Distance Edu Sikkim Manipal) to Canadian equivalency as Bachelors degree 4 years and considered Bachelors (Mumbai University) to Canadian equivalency as Bachelors 3 years.
Can you please confirm whether this is equivalent to Bachelors or Masters?

I would require few suggestions on the below points.
1. If my passport, adhar, driving license, bank are from Gurgaon address then do I need to fill the same in the "hometown address section" while filling the details (express entry or ITA time).
2. I am from Varanasi but since 4 years I have been living in Gurgaon. In this scenario I have only 1 proof which is bank in Varanasi and this was opened at the time of schooling, apart from this no address proof I have. Is there any issue with this?.

But what if nothing is stamped on the new passport? Is it enough to upload only the bio page of the new passport?
I saw and heard some saying that all pages of the passports should be uploaded even though the pages are blank.

I gone thru your lots of videos which seems to be quite useful. I got almost all the information i need. I really appreciate you for making such informatic videos. I am actually in need of a clarification from you as you mentioned about name change document. My wife had no last name before marriage. So when we were going for our marriage certificate in 2014, so my lawyer actually told us to make a name change certificate first which we did for sure. It is a legal name change notarized document, but it is in Hindi. We never thought of coming to Canada earlier or use of this name change document. Could you please let me know how can i get certified copy of translating this document to English here in Canada. Will it be valid? Do we need any type of News paper cutting for name change? we had giving a name change ads which was required by Indian law but i didn't keep that cutting now. Please suggest.

I got an ITA and now while entering the family details, I am having a doubt.
My sister has her full name written in her first name with no surname, but unlike in case of primary applicant, I cannot keep first name blank and enter complete name under surname field only.

Its to do with your scanner settings. You can change that

I have got my ITA, however in that my work history is completely blank. In the Express Entry form as well it showed empty and Inprogress. The time I received ITA, I was updating the work experience and it got locked. Should I go ahead and update my legit work experience or decline the invitation ?

Can ECA details can be changed before ITA from WES to IQAS? I am planning to apply for WES and IQAS as later is recognizing my Master degree as Master. However IQAS is taking longer time so i am applying for both to save time to put up my express entry profile. In this case whether i can update my express entry profile from WES ECA to IQAS ECA.?

Hello Mr Bindra. Thank you for the really helpful video. I had one question about the Legal Name change document. My wife has kept her name and surname unchanged on the passport. Even her ECA, IELTS and even the nomination that we have received from Province have her original name and surname. Only on her bank account statement and on her current employer certificate the surname changes. What will be the acceptable document for change of name in this case?
