Back in whenever it was - maybe around 2000 - there was a show at universal Amiptheater (RIP) with Dokken, Slaughter, Cinderella and maybe another band. Had a chance to meet Mark Slaughter back stage and he was extremely gracious and nice. Then around July 4 of 2019 I saw Vince Neil at the Cannery in North Las Vegas. Walking down a hallway after the show ran into Dana Strum ( he plays in Vince Neils Solo Band) with his wife as they were waiting for an elevator- he goes - hey man you were at the show - howd you like it? - and I stopped and we bsed long enough that his wife (or maybe girlfriend) and my wife were getting a tad irritated (go figure - can't have any fun lol). He was also quite cool. Good times
That show in Muskegon was pretty memorable for me as well, it was the first time I'd gotten VIP passes for a concert so I was backstage as much as I could be back there. I can remember standing next to you guys when Gerri Miller was taking a pic that would end up in Metal Edge a few months later... for some reason she cropped me out though... haha. Needless to say it was a great night, since then we've crossed paths several time and you're still one of the coolest dudes around!
Well the guy has only been singing that way for over 30 years, what did you expect? I'm amazed they still have the energy to do what they do. May they rock -on !!

I didn´t respect Slaughter enough back in the day, but sure as hell they´re a great band.
