I knew when I first watched them build that still that they were going to have a problem. Metallurgy 101 you don't put 2 pieces of different kinds of ferrous metal together it'll cause rapid oxidation to one or the other and normally to the one that's softer. The copper is reacting to the stainless steel causing it to "bleed" aka oxidize faster than normal. I'm not an expert by any means but being a blacksmith and custom knife maker for a couple decades that's something I learned a long long time ago. They're going to need to disassemble that whole still and everywhere that the copper comes in contact with the stainless steel they're going to have to either put some rubber gaskets material or something else to insulate the 2 metals from each other.
The same thing happens with non ferrous metals and ferrous metals too. Especially when they're subjected to heat cycles like steel exhaust manifold bolts in an aluminum head.
I saw that blue corn and was reminded of Huitlacoche, a fungus that infects corn giving it a blue color. I wonder what kind of liquor would that make, if any. Don't know about the sugar content on the infected corn, but it's now considered a delicacy instead of a blight.
That's because 75% of your market is as dumb as pig poop. The smart 25% are usually much more discerning customers and are not fooled by the BS. Real easy to sell to the gullible.
