Razvan, another honest fragrance review by you. I always appreciate your terrific fragrance content. I have not tried XJ 1861 Decas by Xerjoff. It is very hard to find Xerjoff fragrances where I live. The place that sells Xerjoff only has the older, loved fragrances like Naxos.

Because of this review I tested "Decas" today. Indeed, the top notes are more "special", but after 20-30 minutes the perfume becomes excellent. Therefore, use the reviews just to have an idea. Test on your own skin before making a purchase decision.
100% .. each nose is different and that's the beauty of perfumery :)

DECAS is let’s say an easy-to-reach kind of fragrance, we could say comfy but the Xerjoff wow factor - especially for the price - is missing. Nothing wrong, but also not necessarily worth a niche perfume.
So far, my three runners from Xerjoff:
40 KNOTS & UDEN OVERDOSE. Both AWESOME, unique, and memorable 💯
And for special occasions, and special noses: RICHWOOD👌👌

Maybe you would have had a different perception and understanding of this fragrance?

@@razvanyke In this case, I must admit that I am impressed by your ability to predict how certain perfumes (and their ingredients) will react with your skin without testing them on the skin.
I tend to think that you didn't do this perfume justice by testing "Decas" like this. But, you are the expert...
