That's the polite way of saying he is UTTERLY INCOMPETENT and completely out of his depth. From one disaster to another that has brought the country to a National Crisis and bankrupt the government with gov debt now over 100% of GDP.
We would have been better off if he had just never stood for PM and Tories had kept Boris Johnson who despite his personal mistakes at least had leadership qualities and clear policies that connected with the electorate..
Boris delivered on Brexit by DRAGGING his own party with him and having to call a General Election first to assert his authority and even then after close Parliament using the power of the Monarch just to pass the Brexit Bill through the House of Lords.
The Tory Party and Whitehall fought Brexit every step of the way. That shows how bad the Conservatie Party is and how rotten Tory MP's are who ran on a Manifesto promise of Get Brexit Done. Utter contempt for the electorate.
Sunak's government has shown a new level of utter contempt by lying to us consistently about the open-border mass illegal immigration crisis. It took him over 800,000 migrants a whole year or more to announce Stop The Boats promise. Since that promise, 80,000 more people have crossed the Channel in boats. He promised his Rwanda Deal would solve the problem. After spending £653 million of tax-payers money and building a £20 million luxury hotel-resort in Rwanda he's failed to deport a single migrant. He then moves the General Election date from November to BEFORE his NEW deadline for Rwanda flights to start because he knows full well no flights will be leaving UK before a November Election and he had absolutely intention of leaving the ECHR and returning the legal power to control migration and deport back to Westminster from the EU.
The only conclusion here is that Sunak WANTED mass migrants to come and its a continuation of both Labour and Conservative party policy of just keep bringing in more and more people to prop-up an unsustainable situation of an ageing population and increasing welfare State dependency burden and a low birth rate population. Government public spending has now surpassed the UK's GDP same as France, Spain, Greece and Italy. The UK government is now going into debt just to support public spending. So they bring in more people as a quick fix solution same as Tony Blair and Labour did.
Instead of doing real work and sensible governance, ie growing the UK economy through investment/expansion into Commonwealth of 53 English-speaking countries with have good diplomatic relations with. And having a sensible immigration policy based on quota-merit from Commonwealth English-speaking imigrants giving priority to those with a good education, useful skills or investment capital to start businesses. And instead of investing in our own people and encouraging training and diploma's in the private-sector for tax breaks. Moving the unsustainable non-functional NHS onto a means-tested semi-privatised pay-to-use model and encouraging innovation and efficiency at every level. It's barmy that a multi-million like himself with £653 million in bank pays the same price for prescriptions and receives free NHS healthcare when he could and should be contibuting much more into it whenever he uses it. Sunak didn't even pay 40% income tax on his £25 million earnings last year. He paid just 23% using a tax avoidance strategy.
Ironically it's Conservative people like Sunak who are the reason our country is in the mess it is. It's not just because of his increasing barmy policies and incompetent leadership, but because the UK has massive wealth inequality and allows very wealthy people like himself to hoard a lot of wealth, not pay taxes or pay less than the working class whilst getting everything subsidised by the State or free. That's just not sustainable with an ageing low-birth rate population economy. There's an insane amount of sheer wastage in government and the public sector. Billions upon billions wasted annually with literally nothing to show for it. There's hundreds of opportunities readily available for both savings and revenue generating by just introducing common sense easy to do government policies. Here's a few examples I'd do:
      1. Online NHS Appointment slots. No more NHS clinic/hospital letters and surprise dates and odd times people often can't attend or forget about. Every missed appointment costs the NHS £100 or more. Tens of millions wasted annually just in missed appointments. With SMS/app reminders and people choosing their appointment date and time from a selection offered, that's brought down hardly any money wasted.
      2. Means-tested NHS prescriptions. No one of high net wealth (ie over £1 million in bank) or income exceeding £200k a year should get subsidised NHS prescriptions. You pay the full cost or you take out private medical insurance. That would save the NHS hundreds of millions.
      3. Better funded police. Use existing fixed-penalty law powers to generate revenue from minor crimes to fund the police itself. You call 999 in a non-emergency you get a £50 fine if you're a private individual or £500 if a business. You do a public order offence like littering, or parking on a pavement you get a £50 fine. Road a motorcycle on a pavement you get an instant £500 penalty fine. Drink alcohol outside in a prohibited alcohol-free zone you get a £50 fine. Every opportunity you can find for a fixed-penalty on the spot fine you use. That would probably generate over a billion pounds in revenue.
I'm sure there's 1,000's of ideas like that people can think of for saving and making money which to most people is just simple common sense and obvious. Yet it doesn't occur to our elected government Ministers or MP's? We have a bad budget problem and public sector in shambles and these lot in Parliament just move money around clawing back money from welfare reforms, higher taxes, and cut-backs on defense etc instead of thinking ok how can we make this more efficient or here's a way to generate more revenue without raising taxes.
That's why I'm in favour (and setting up) a better approach to our political establishment where the elected and electorate are fully engaged and the electorate is fully involved in decision-making and policy making..so the government can use the electorate's feedback and collective brain to make better informed decisions and policies we all agree on.

The £2000 figure was deliberately misleading because of dubious Government assumptions and totalising over 4 years but that's modern politics. Claiming this was an independent Treasury estimate was a bare faced lie, repeated even though the Civil Service told Sunak that the figures shouldn't present it that way. That's Trumpian politics.

I see money is frequently cited in political discourse & in people's commentary. It certainly gets people's attention judging by the replies I see.
In absolute terms, money doesn't exist. When you create a credit you simultaneously create a debt cancelling each other out.
The debt only exists in the mind of the people subject to it. The truth is all money is debt. It exists only in people's perception.
      It's a massive confidence trick.
Governments & banks simply tap more naughts onto a screen. Money is meaningless to them in this regard. Yet it has great meaning to 99% of the population. Hence the comments.
