- Every Icon at one point in time, was unknown. A gem to the world that had yet to be discovered. In the bodybuilding community, very few competitors since Arnold Schwarzenegger could be said to have had an iconic impact on the sport...that was until Chris Bumstead arrived.
Chris Bumstead was born in Burlington Ontario, Canada February 2nd 1995 and the community wouldn't know it yet, but he would become Bodybuilding's biggest star. With an impact on the sport not seen since Arnold Chris is making history as we speak.

Met him before his 1st Olympia title, chatted with him for about 30 minutes. Super down to earth and cool ass dude

I like the doc a lot, the only thing for me is, everyone thought, that Chris would lose. But he was so undercover the whole prep that we could even judge him properly. And the moment he went on stage, it was majestic, he was bigger, more shredded and his arms got a lot bigger. So I think you forgot about all the peculation around him and the 22 Olympia.
Excellent doc man! Tbh, I didn't know too much about CBum other than seeing clips on TH-cam, but you gave me a better understanding of his climb and impact in the sport. Keep it up!

Love this so much! I’m a fan of Cbums because I find him inspiring and passionately dedicated to his life’s purpose, you ended this so well.
I've learned so much about bodybuilding from Chris. I hit a huge plateau that I couldn't get over. I tried so many different programs that never worked for years. After I started following Chris's advice I saw results within just a week and still months later continue to see results. Not to mention I really like Chris's personality.

I started watching Chris literally a week after his 2019 win cuz TH-cam recommended me his prep series and I’ve been hooked ever since. I feel like a true OG and like I know him 😂😂😂 so strange Ik but he’s been a big influence on me and the way I view fitness
