@@Undersnow243 Well try to fit the gear for a 3 month sailboat trip.. Or your daughters 3 gymnastic teammates on their way to new fairytales across Europe :D
@@andersnielsen6044 dude 3 month sailboat aint the average family😂 average modern families go out on vacation for 2 weeks max and the scala has more than enough space, wheather it is for skiing, hiking, diving or whatever you could do for 14 days, 3 daughters is perfectly fine too you aint gonna have 1 metter of space between each kid in another car anyway.. And the average family doesnt go on vacation on brand new 2024 scala neither so you are wrong about this too hahaha
I love my 2019 Scala, and I can see that not much has changed here, but one thing sticks out - virtual cockpit is now a lot smaller, old Scala had the same one as in Octavia with a lot of dynamic elements and different scenes, you could combine it with maps etc ... Or they pushed for different tiers with that too, like basic one and advanced one? Nontheless I went on the local Skoda website and configured this new Scala like my 2019 one, and the end result was 12.000€ difference in price for the same spec - that`s just insane.
This is the basic cockpit on the Ambition, which is digital and not analogic as before. There's also the 10" as optional with the same features you mentioned. I agree with you for the price...but nowadays...unfortunately every car has an insane price😠 it's not only the facelift...
Lots of old design in this supposedly 2024 model, i guess it was to keep the price as low as possible. Like it still has manual parking brake, old style lever gear selector, loud Skoda electric windows...ect.
I have got an 2024 Skoda Scala Monte Carlo with 150hp. On the Highway i get around 6.5 l/100 km at 140km/h. driving in the City ist about 7.5l/100km. So i think its not bad at all 🤷 driving in Sports Mode will consume some more but its really fun to Drive 👍
Class parking btw. 😉Got the original routinely play with BMW owners (beat) on roads in the highlands of Scotland. Stores everything you want. Knock the seats down, now it's a van.
I think it's all you need for a daily driver. I had a Scala 1.0 95 hp for a month (rental) and it was fine. Everything worked nicely and it is more spacious inside than one would expect. With the 95 hp engine... well, don't try to do any quick and tight overtakes. Fuel consumption was very low, my actual average was just a bit over 5 l /100 km. 👍
Your video stolen once again, third time: th-cam.com/video/Z2AlfQFfQiE/w-d-xo.html I hope that you'll do another drive with a more proper skoda scala, like... with virtual cockpit.
Realistically speaking, the only car most people will ever need.
Too small for a modern family.. ;)

It's based on the Polo MQB-A0 platform, same tech if Polo doesn't evolve. It's all about space, and preserves the gasoline 4 cylinders lol.
Joe when youre testing 2024 sport version ?
I wonder how the sound insulation of the vehicle is? Does it let in a lot of engine noise?
Nice!

what do you expect after city crawling and some full power accelerations on the highway for a 150hp petrol?

Should be about 8,2 s. At least that figure is mentioned in the description. 😅
