Very beautiful scenery. Here in Germany, I was told one is only insured for once in 3 years. My first screening here was in Feb. 2022. Though the pap smear result came out positive, my Gynae assured me not to fear until a repeat test is done a year later. I repeated the test March last year after I did a surgery to remove fibroids. Thankfully, the result came out negative of course I called on Baba God too cos I didn't want tchere kam bia story. Now, I told my Gynae during my routine test this year that I would love to do a Pap Smear that was when he notified me it was only once in 3 years except I wanted to pay myself. I opted for that and the cost was about 25 Euros. Thankfully it came out negative. Btw I had taken vaccine against CS in Nigeria back in 2014 after I had done my first ever Pap Smear screening. This was after a free health lecture/sensitization about SC and Hepatitis B &C in my Parish then St. Leo Ikeja Lagos State Nigeria.

Interesting here in SA we do it every 3 to 5 years if you're hiv negative unless of course you're positive then you do pap smear every 1 year because they say chances of having CC is very high if you're positive but that's an amazing story you shared right there
Go tested oo, Neze. Prevention is better than cure. The saying goes. Is every three years, I think, from age 25, or so, to 50. Then every 5 years from 50 years upwards. This is in the UK, sha.

Yes , Mammograms and pap smears are important to take once a woman reaches the ages to do so. In my experience and opinion, there are very intimidating, and i have postponed my testings time and time again, but finally, as a Christian, pray and muster the courage to take them. Sometimes, the results might need to be taken again to absolutely rule out the possibility of cancer- again na prayer my Sister. It is only God that can deliver us, and He holds our lives in His hands, so i encourage you to take them - pray and go in faith. It is well 😊.
Neze yiu should hv checked the sizes on the advert they do mention the cm's so that you don't hv to receive what you don't expect like say if you want 40cm that's big enough or check in litre the nicest size for you would be 40 litre

Yes, yearly testing of the breast and cervix is very important. I have been doing it for over 35 yrs in the USA.I am 66 and my last Pap smear was at 65 yrs. Very important if you are sexually active.I could say more but please do it . Good Luck

Lovely VLOG Neze, I ordered pots from Amazon UK sometime last year, I had expectations, of being able to replace my existing pots, just to get a change. The pots that were delivered, were very tiny.I returned them.
I'm glad ur happy with ur new city. Look like the kids are very happy and enjoying their new life. Canada is very nice I have friends there 2 r Singapore and 1 is from Dominican Republic and 2 r from my home town and they love it as well. The next time I'm there depending the area I'm in I'm going to find that restaurant flavors restaurant I have been wanting to try African food for a long time I have had fufu and some soup I think that's what it was. Yes I have a mammogram every 2 years.Now the other scan I have not had that yet but I'm going to ask my doctor do I need it. A lot of doctors don't have their patience do certain tests only if there is concerned.
