Thank u so much . I needed this so much . When u told me that u were gonna upload a video about recommended set ups for the Mender I waited eagerly . Finally my old Mender will be collecting enemies' weapons' ammo again instead of dust in my inventory . lol
Does it work like, if you use adv repair and then heal, does it speed up the healing of grey damage?
@@dcm010 No. When I'm using Advanced Repair it's tied to my Drone chips - it's giving me resistance. The only way to heal grey damage is through the Mender's healing pulses. Hope this helps!
Would Magnetar/Pulsar work for this little guy? I can run Blaze/Igniter, but your advice would help

this pilot took the mender out of the deep end, now it has become a real war and repair machine
I've come across a few menders. Nice to see it getting some recognition. I healed a murometz with 2 weapons and like 1% health back to max with mine. it was hilarious. I stayed by that titans side and it carried with it's 2 weapons lol.
The legendary pilot really has made the Mender relevant and useful again without making it OP. It has definitely taken the place of the best healing bot in the game. We will be seeing a lot more of Mender again in all leagues I'm certain.
The only time it ever goes down quickly is when you're surrounded by enemies with mostly sonic weapons. Other than that it's a right little battle tank!
Adrian I found another effective setup. Try 2x Toxins and 1 igniter. The two toxins will ignore the resistance of the enemy you’re facing (if they have resistance because of the corrosion) and the igniter will deal more damage. You can get both the advantages from the two weapons
Very cool, I’m currently building a Mender so I appreciate this content. I’m running mine with fireballs because I find it’s the most effective against shells and Titans and gives my little guy some range to stay safe as the build slowly progresses. 👍🏻

That was me in the Revenant at center on Springfield! Crazy game, I actually took your home beacon in my Mender before that happened. Nice job keeping your team alive, gg! I switched in my Marie L un leveledand the skill I missed most from my old Mender Pilot was Deft survivor.

lol yeah that can be a problem sometimes. I know when I'm in a Fafnir that's charged up or even Revenant I don't want to ditch especially when I'm doing so much damage. Sometimes you need to do it though in order to win games.

Great video man yesterday I spent the 5$ on operation C and got the lender with the pilot which works amazing I've had half hp gone and repaired once or twice and back to 100% hp

I have a mender with taran and magnum, it works well also, the only problem you can rely on is the shell

Running Venom and 2 blazes. Works well so far. The quicker reload on the Venom makes a big difference. Brawl builds are best as you usually are running in to help allies.

I've been thinking of another episode of Robot Evolutions which is Mender to Phantom since they have the same weapon slots, and both speed up and iirc gain more resistance when their abilities are activated

Glad Scourge and Spark are still viable. That used to be my main Mender build. I’m using Scorcher and Scald right now, for all the Revenants, Shells, and stealth bots. Using Shieldbreaker for Fafnir and for everyone else with drone chips and mothership crap.
Pixsonic should introduce MVP voting at the end of the battle. At the end of the battle, the results screen should have a button by each players name (on your team) and say they are in 5th place but had 8 beacons you click to vote him as MVP and the player on each team with the most votes can get some extra reward........................................................................................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never had a Mender but it’s nice to see it get this pilot. It made this bot a mini tank and nurse all in one.
l'm probably gonna get that operation C, still thinking if it's worth it... which l might just get anyways.. man lovin that mender just hope they don't nerf the pilot as the mender is one of the old bots, and l think making it doable with this new pilot won't hurt the meta as much, also just healing back to full health feels satisfying.. lol... thanks adrian!

I love that with the new pilot mender got that it had become extremely good! I’m scared it might get a nerf OR hopefully it gets ranked up an more expensive instead like it’s a epic rn (purple) they should make it into a legendary robot (yellow/gold)

Hey adrian can you please make a video about a level 9 or 12 shell with tier 2 freezer and suppresser chips ,2x armor kits level 2, 1x overdrive level 2,Drew Tompkins pilot level 60,Bane and toxins level 7,discus, sharpshooter, or silver costing drones, this will be a massive favor since i have scavenger shell but i need to know what cheap setup i can really run please run this hanger in a future video

Im not in champion leauge yet but i have tried pulsar and magnetar works really well agaisnt fafnirs but not so much on tanks such as fenrirs and revenants
when i play war robots theres a weird glich
like I get the teleporting animation when I'm nowhere near a teleporting spot (like I'm in moon and I get it)
i have a question I've been suggested to use repair amplifier, nuclear amplifier and nitro. what do you think I thought there is no reason to use repair amplifier because mender can heal gray damage I was thinking maybe nitro, balanced and nuclear amplifier

Not sure but I find scald works well on mender as well, but not scorcher though, mostly due to reload 🤢 not sure should I combine it with an igniter I have in my inventory. I personally like scourge spark and sonic most, not so much for flames due to how I barely can get close to my enemies and I can’t really aim with flamethrower at 100+ meters, skill issue for me I guess
Mender is my #1 bot since the update. It’s a blast to run.
Adrian my hangar has improved a lot i don’t have anymore level 5 or below equipment the lowest level you will see are my level 6 devastators and my level 6 ravana but I am upgrading the ravana I usually get all bots to level 7 and try to get weapons to 8 or 9

Is operation C (the mender one) worth it to get?
Just as I started building the mender! Also, when I'm playing in a duo squad, should I go with a sniping or a brawling setup? Usually what happens when I use a brawling setup is I get sniped and I can't really do anything back...
This is just me personally but I always go for brawler setups as it can be used on all maps. Sniping setups while they can work (sometimes), it really depends on the map. For example let's say you ran Pulsar-Magnetars which is a mid-range setup… you then drop into Moon map and after that Dead City. This Mender build isn't exactly the greatest on those maps but it'll be even worse if the next 10 games you play are only on those maps. With something like Igniter-Blaze you can play on Springfield, Canyon and all smaller maps. While it might be challenging on some maps, this is where you have to learn as a player where the best places are for that robot. For example on Canyon map you want to gravitate near the centre where there's more cover and not fight out in the open. Hope this helps!

How are the acids better than the burners against fafnirs. They both seem hard to aim at fafnirs. Are the acids easier to aim with?
Either way, good video. My choice I guess would be the acids. Best of both worlds.
The first gameplay is unbelievable. Those reds should’ve might as well gave up the beacon. It seems that the more teammates you heal the stronger the heal is. Pair it with two friendly Revenants and no one will ever die.

Hey, can you check this out for me? I just got my first mended with the new pilot. There is a skill that recharges ability after it drops past 50%. If the pilot repairs gray damage damage, it goes above 50%, so does this ability keep coming back?

Sadly, Pixonic will not make a legendary Hellburner pilot, and that's fine, I don't like Hellburner nor Shell anyway. I prefer Mender, and whatever robots I like to use anyway. ☺
@@X-JAKA7 personally hellburner is my favorite but I actually suprisingly dislike shell, it would be cool to see a supression or resistance pilot for the hellburner or maybe even something new and unique

If you don't have the Mender pilot then you can go with the Adrian pilot. I haven't tried the Manni pilot yet but with that one I believe you have to take damage before you start seeing the benefits of it. If you're building towards a Mender I would consider perhaps building the weapons and modules and maybe drone for it first. Hopefully by then the pilot will be out or maybe it will be in some giveaways.

In my opinion yes but Shell can still be pretty good as a brawler. I'm not sure what other robots you have but Shell can still perform well. Hope this helps!
