truck is overloaded and its moving on a tarmac road which means if it moves every single day the new constructed road wont last long and they need to have weigh bridges that's too much load it can easily cause accident coz tires may burst due to the much load

Your country needs to employ operator training , the operator clearly isn’t experienced enough to figure out the situation,, and it’s perfectly simple, he should move closer to the truck and use his bucket teeth to flick the rocks down , also the guy that’s loading these trucks is overloading them , so it causes down time on the site !!!!

Странный водила! Зачем грузиться с горкой не габаритный камень и потом на выгрузке мучать экскаваторщика. Водила задний борт переделай, петли выше поставь и будет всё хорошо выгружаться.

Ah bon, vous trouvez, sur le 8X4 bleu, il n'y en a pas un qui a compris qu'il est trop chargé à l'avant, il enlevait deux godets avec la pelle et c'était réglé !
@rogerdemonferra a raison : la benne ne monte pas assez ( trop de poids à l'avant )c' est pas les blocs qui coincent .Le matériel est dans un état déplorable !

È così difficile salire e con la pala togliere il materiale? Se parliamo di sicurezza lasciate perdere. Ho visto persone in acqua senza la dovuta attrezzatura e nemmeno il casco. Comunque spalare aiutava ad alleggerire il carico senza attendere chissà quali aiuti.
