I'm glad it wasn't Rosa, I'm kinda tired of her being treated as more like a plot device than a character. At least in this case she's actually helping by taking care of Kain. Thumbs up for our white mage big sis!

Ahhh... So this time around, KAIN is the one with the desert fever and ROSA is looking after him (doing what white mages do best). Interesting^^

This was my favorite twist in the game, the game leads us to think it's a reference to when Rosa got sick (which is) and it's repeating itself but when we reach the end we find out Cecil is just looking after his (in a way) surrogate brother. (They were raised together and Kain's name is a reference to the biblical Kain that was jealous of his brother, and Kain does love Rosa, but she chose Cecil)
