We bought our 2018 Scat Pack Challenger brand new with the technology package and comfort and convenience package that included adaptive cruise, lane assist, collision warning, red leather interior just like this Charger and it was $39,999 without tax and destination. And we ordered it from the dealer, we didn't even take delivery from the lot. Of course, now with the pandemic and the chip shortage that may have changed, but we feel we got a fantastic deal and would never think of buying a higher mileage one because as this video shows, there isn't that much difference. Plus we have the peace of mind of knowing it is maintained well over the life of the car, which we never intend to sell. We're at 26k miles now and zero problems. Love it!

I bought a 1 owner 2017 Jeep SRT with 122k recently. It was dealer maintained it’s whole life my some older lady according to the service guy. The car is clean and sounds like a newer one. I did get a 2 year extended warranty. I can afford the maintenance. A little bit about me wished I could have gotten a lower mirage one but I wanted the red 2 coat pearl with the forged wheels and performance real package. This one is loaded.

So I found a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 for $12,000 with 120,000 miles with minor body damage but runs and drives. Would it be worth buying if I have no knowledge of how well it was maintained? I would of course take it into a shop and have them tell me everything that is wrong with the car and have it repaired. I understand it comes with a cost but that is why I am wondering if it is worth buying.

I have 193,000 on my Challenger R/T and will break 200-250.
Dodge gives a free nice metal 100,000, 200,000, Mile Club license plate frame when you hit each milestone. It's all about required maintenance and not abusing them.

Catch can, Hellcat filter and intake box with the tube that goes through the inner light on the driver's side and we put Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires on the Demon replica wheels, 305 in the back, 275 in the front. Huge difference over stock wheels and tires. And of course, take the yellow plastic guards off the chin spoiler. They're meant to be removed by the dealer and over time will scratch your chin spoiler if left on.

Because hellcats and scatpack chargers and challengers are for kids who have no knowledge of cars but want to be in the culture and have a credit score good enough to put themselves in debt. They then proceed to beat the shot out of them and push them off as they get upside down in their loans.

I'm not a expert, nor do I know your circumstances, but $746 seems high (keep in mind I don't know how much you put down, your interest rate, etc). I'll tell you what I tell everyone else I would wait for the car market to correct itself, it's a crazy market. If you can't wait, I would shop around as much as possibel to get a real feel for the market. Good luck .

Dude...those cars are used and abused the moment they leave the lot new...By the time they have 30k miles on it, the engine is shot. Think about this, when was the last time you saw a Dodge Charger or Challenger that wasn't driving 100 mph just from stop light to stop light?
At the end of the day, it's still a Dodge, you know the rest of the statement.

Well, this video isn't a knock on the build quality of these cars, mine currently @ 180k- orginal motor and trans. The point of the video is how hard people drive performance cars in general, and when people don't maintain them, this is the result.
