About Video:-
extra high voltage line cannot be opened with the isolator because while opening the isolator, the contacts of the isolator start conducting electricity through air due to which there is a lot of stress on the contacts of the isolator.
therefore circuit breaker technology was developed and sf6 circuit breaker is used in extra high voltage lines.
sf6 circuit breaker breaks the line with safety. In this video, the operating mechanism of circuit breaker and working of sf6 circuit breaker is explained in detail with the help of 3D animation.
