About Video:-
You will be surprised to know that there is no moving part in the power transfer, yet it steps up and down 11000 volts at extremely extra high voltage. apart from this, the 3-phase induction motor is even more surprising because it also works like a transformer but simply rotates.
transformer works only on AC supply. basically the transformer works on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction.the power transfer between primary to secondary is through induction process and there is no electrical connection between them.
the conservator stores access oil for the transformer and provides space for oil when oil expands in the main tank due to heating or any internal fault. also breather is attached to the conservator to breath transformer and prevents moisture from entering the transformer
the buchholz relay is placed in between conservator and main tank to detect all internal faults.
in this video all working of power transformers and their parts are explained with the help of 3d animation.

Great 3D introduction of the power transformer! Learn a lot from it!
Wireless chargers do use alternating current (AC) to generate a magnetic field for charging, but your phone's battery needs direct current (DC) to charge. The conversion from AC to DC occurs inside the wireless charger. There's a component called a rectifier that converts the AC into DC before it's sent to your phone's battery, ensuring it can charge properly. This is why you don't need to worry about your phone receiving AC power directly from the wireless charger.

As an electrical students it's very common question for us 😊
Mobile ke ander jo wireless charging coil hein usme diode hein? Ac ko dc karne ke liye?
I like the way you explain and animate.
And your cource is also affordable...
Thank you bro
Badhiya video banaya he ❤
Great explanation 🙌
Reason for Opposite Connections:
The reason for having opposite connections (delta on one side and star on the other, or vice versa) in transformers is related to achieving a specific voltage transformation and maintaining a certain phase relationship between the primary and secondary sides. This practice is done to nullify the order of phase shift in a power transformer.
When electrical power is transmitted or transformed, there is a certain phase shift between the primary and secondary voltages and currents. The magnitude and direction of this phase shift depend on the winding configuration of the transformer.
In a power transformer, the winding configuration influences the voltage and current relationships between the primary and secondary sides. By connecting one side in a delta configuration and the other side in a star configuration (or vice versa), the phase shift introduced by one winding is compensated or nullified by the other.
The specific reasons for this practice include:
Voltage Transformation: Transformers are designed to transform voltages from one level to another. The winding configurations determine the voltage relationships. The opposite connections help in achieving the desired voltage transformation.
Phase Relationships: The phase relationships between the primary and secondary sides are crucial for the proper operation of power systems. The opposite connections help maintain the required phase relationships, ensuring that the output closely follows the input in terms of phase.
Harmonic Circulation: The delta connection in one winding allows for the circulation of third harmonics and their multiples. This is particularly relevant for power systems where harmonic content needs to be managed. The star connection on the other side may provide a neutral point, contributing to a balanced system.
Flexibility and Application: The opposite connections provide flexibility in adapting the transformer to various applications and system requirements. It allows the transformer to be versatile in handling different voltage levels and current capacities.
In summary, the use of opposite connections in transformers is a deliberate design choice made to control and manage the phase relationships, harmonic content, and voltage transformations within the electrical power system. It ensures the efficient and reliable operation of the transformer in various applications.

very very informative. thanks alot
Really great knowledge
Intersting ❤
Superb detailed video Sir G,keep it up on its Major Maintenance Detailed Video pls.
As transformer Is an static device, & it's only used to transmit the power that's why it has only y & delta connection in it.
Well explained 👍
Very helpful video
Super 😍.... explain
Very good 👍
Very good explanatio
Very well explained
Thanks Bro ❤❤
@LifeAda In Transformer primary side is connected in delta side to high voltage and low vtg side connected in star because in star connection we need to balance the 120⁰ phase difference, a neutral point helps to balance phase difference between each phase voltage thats why connections are always in opposite direction
Nice explanation
Very true helpful video sir
Impressive video.
Amazing sir
Nice video❤❤
Very Good

well explained
Hm mainly transformer ko step down voltage ya step up purpose ke liye banate hai aur hm jante hai jab power transformer ki bat ki Jaye to high voltage side Star me hota hai jisse ki ham use grounding kar ske jisse hone wale nuksan se bacha ja ske aur In case step down transformer hm low voltage side Star connection use karte hai Jo usually hm grounding bhi karte hain aur use hm consumer ke liye neutral ke form me karte hain thats it
Very nice 👍
Thankyou sir ❤️
Why Transformer one side connected opposite to other One?
Answer :
In transformer winding, the primary and secondary coils are wound around a common magnetic core. The reason for connecting one side opposite to the other is to create a phase shift between the primary and secondary voltages. This phase shift allows the transformer to step up or step down the voltage, depending on the configuration of the windings. It's a fundamental principle of transformer operation and helps in transferring power efficiently from one circuit to another.
Ans is rectifier
Although mobile also uses filter ckt transistor etc for waveform smoothing.
It is depend upon a load
Balanced laoad in a system that time can be use delta connection
Unbalanced load we are use star connection
But the maximum chances the load is not balanced
Nice bro 🙏🙏🙏
Very nice
A video Acha laya ap. 😮
The primary winding, also known as the input side, and the secondary winding, also known as the output side, can be connected in different ways to achieve the desired voltage and current levels. When the windings are connected in a star arrangement, or Y-connection, the voltage between any two of the three wires connected to the windings is the same as the voltage in the windings. This connection can be used to produce a lower current, with the same voltage as the input.
On the other hand, when the windings are connected in a delta arrangement, also known as a Δ-connection, the voltage is across each winding is less than the voltage of the input sides. This arrangement can be used to produce higher currents with a lower voltage.

Nice

Bcz the transformer has connected to opposite direction bcz it's has phase difference in input and output voltage .
We use different connection both side of transformer.
# Because if we make star connection both side of transformer it will be highly unstable
# In star- star transformer there is problem of oscilating neutral condition
# If we make star -star transformer it will be failed if load becomes unbalanced then star-star transformer not work.
That's why we don't make same connection both side of transformer.
~NOW PIN IT😊~
Thanku sir
Super sir ji
@LifeAda agra transformer ka dono winding star star me hoga to harmonics problem aayega so ek alg se tertiary winding lagana hoga
And agar dono delta delta me ho to isme phase voltage and line voltage same hota h aur koi neutral terminal bhi nhi mil pata h so iska application bahut kam hi hain🙏
Thanks sir
Very interesting & knowledgeable video😊
Very good video sir
we use Delta - star connection for step up transformer as voltage is reduced by √3 times in star connection.
Thank you sir
Kyuki agr normal poll transform ki bt kre to input line delta mai is liye hoti hai kyuki agr by chance 3wire mai se koi ik Tut jae to koi problem na ho kyuki Bina natural ke. Current travel nhi krega. Or output mai isliye star connection Kiya jate hai kyuki hmare Ghar Mai aane wali line ko natural jruri hota hai to hme transformer se milta hai 😮
Delta Vl = Vph
Star Vl = √3Vph
Good👍👍
In Phones we can convert AC to DC by using transistor, diode. ❤
Transistor and diode never convert AC to DC , a rectifier is used to convert AC 240 volt to dc 5 volt, or 12 volt.
@@khushalsonkar2332lol.. rectifier is made by using diode only.. n diode never convert 240 to 5,12v dc.. it is done by using step down transformer..
@@khushalsonkar2332 rectifier make from diode .

Good sir
In transformers one side is connected in delta because the supply received from power station is 3 phase and dont have neutral, and another in star because the supply for house is given through one phase and one neutral so star connection has 4 connection points with 3 phase and 1 neutral from which one-one phase and neutral in given to house
sir i have a project of electromegnetic induction in dc current . i made it but emf doesn't trasfer in second coil ..
note : the transistor not use its ok
Because star connection is high voltage with respect to Delta connection
V=Vp/rute3 7:49

Sir
HV in delta or star ?
Lv in delta or star
Clear plz
Always opposite connection hoti he first reason is transformer ko hum kabhi same rating ke liye use nh krte ya to Hume step up karna hoto ta he ya to step down means ya to transmit karna hota he ya to distribute agar transmit karna hoto hum alway 3phase main hi karenge and 3phas main always delta hoti he agar distribute karni hoto star connection karenge because Hume 4wire system ki jarurat he kyu ki 3 phase ke satt neutral bi chahiye
SO HUMARA NEED KYA HE WAHI HISAB SE CONNECTION KI JATI HE STEP UP STEP DOWN (transmit or distribute)
Wow ! What the Fu**K is that;)
Amazing 😮😮😮
Sir Please ek video testing of transformer pe banaiye plzz,.
Sir, kya ham DC current co AC corrent main transfer kar sakte hain?
Transform one side is connected in delta if transformer is Step up because it's input has low voltage and output is connected in star connection because of output has high voltage.
Because 3 phase High voltage ko deta connect karke hi kam kiya ja sakta hai varna star connect kia jai to neutral connection nahi melega safety purpose keliye😊
kya bol Raha hai bhai
Great work sir👍.
Sir star connection is liye hotta hai kio ki os sy nutrel millta hai
In distribution we need of a neutral wire for close the circuit so we use star connection in LV side of a transformer bcz in star connection a neutral wire also present. but in delta connection there is no neutral wire .

The delta-star connection or star-delta connection has no problem with unbalanced loads and third harmonics. The delta connection assures balanced phase voltages on the star side and provides a path for the circulation of the third harmonics and their multiples without the use of a neutral wire.

Sir high voltage line mai sabsay upar ki taar tower Kay body earthing Kay liye laga rahta hai
Why we use oil a coolent?
1. In transformer we use two different connections because like u said we connect primary winding with delta and and secondary with star because with star we get extra neutral wire which sometimes can be useful to provide 3phase connection as well as 1phase connection.
