That’s beautiful. But the double standards! You should take a stand. Cos you take us to Bahati for example and tell us to buy land there, then another time, more than once in Gilgil and then you bring us back to Kiamunyi and condemn the far away places and say this is where we should buy and to construct on the land because other people are doing so… I understand that you’d take up any viable work but a way to create a brand is to stay truthful to your beliefs. Promoting something you don’t believe in is penalising for the people you accepted to promote at the very least.
Actually if you have noticed lately I've not done any plots for sale. Coz after learning how and where the sales are happening, it is against my beliefs. What I'm saying is we should focus on building in the areas that were already subdivided many years back instead of cutting fresh parcels every now and again. Stay around and you will not see me selling land in large agricultural areas as 50*100s. Not doing it. I am advocating for development around the city, and farming in productive areas outside the city. Hope I have answered you.
Your comment is distasteful. He's a TH-camr and he doesn't have to "believe" in what he reviews. YT tech reviewers also "promote" iPhone today and do the same for an Android tomorrow. That's their job.
The audience is varied and each of us like different things.
@@everygoodthing8506 if you watch his videos you’ll know he isn’t just a TH-camr. His work is in real estate and he showcases that on his videos. That said and seeing that evidently you did not understand my comment, when the ones who promote iPhone today promote android tomorrow, they don’t tell us that iPhones are bad and we should do away with iPhones and invest in just androids, so your example is void of sense as it’s incomparable to the context we are concerned about. If you look at his reply, clearly and unlike you, he understands what I wrote in relation to his real job.
