Afghans love tourist. I went years ago in 2013 as an Iranian and once people realized I wasn't Afghan, I was swarmed everywhere. Everyone was very friendly, but it can certainly get chaotic & a bit annoying as you saw for yourself. Wishing the best for all Afghan people!
There's a big language barrier here. I appreciate that you need to travel to exotic locations. As an American, I would love to see you show us the regions and towns in England!
Fun fact: The guy you greeted at 0:21 sells “Ezaar band” the band/ belt tied around the trouser part of the Afghan traditional clothes (Perahan Tunbaan aka Shalwar Kameez), which you also wear. 😃
Nearly all these 'off the tourist trail' type of places where backpackers go in Asia and Africa, are places the British were at generations ago. In this case the British fought the Emir of Kabul in 1838. I read a diary from a young British soldier that was there, after travelling by horse from what is now Pakistan. (It was all about the British Empire wanting to stop the Russians spreading their influence into Asia.) I'll have to re-read it and see what he had to say about the markets and compare it with your experience. 🤣🤣

The bird market is really interesting. In the Muslim areas of Thailand, birds are really popular, with people taking their pet birds in a cage everywhere with them. We had some builders do some work and they brought their birds and hung them up while they worked.

I appreciate the warning about avoiding the market, but this may come as a surprise but a trip to Afghanistan is not on my bucket list. That being said I enjoyed the video.
It's embarrassing to see you guys haggling over a few cents with sellers who live on subsistence levels in such a hell hole, whose kids have no prospect to ever reach their full human potential. It's due to no fault of theirs or yours, but please do realize that you are lucky to live an infinitely more privileged life. To argue over a few cents with these unfortunate people is foolish and demeaning. 🤔
Those kids will have the opportunity to reach their full potential if the US drops their petty, cruel sanctions, returns all the Afghan assets and the World stays out of Afghan business and stops interfering. That's what you should be more aggrieved about and condemning...a few cents is nothing compared to that.

As an Afghan boy in Germany I would like to tell to every tourists who visit don’t go in these populated markets unless you like to go because you face problems with beggars and so on that makes you stressful or maybe headache 😀

I took a job about 15 years ago at this mountain resort in Wyoming called "Big Horn Mountain resorts". Its in the Big Horn Mountains, its under new management now from when I was working there, but the mountains are SPECTACULAR. On the way up to the resort, there is devils peak.... 9,666 ft elevation, but the highest mountain in that vicinity is "Bombers peak" (because a bomber flew into it during WW2) and it is almost 13,000 ft high. Wyoming is kinda like Afghanistan, but without the huge cities, and the local towns are more cowboy like. Sheridan, the closest town with a wal mart would have weekly Rodeos downtown where they would close off the street for the party. Big Horn Mountains Ben, in the US. I get that the US is pricier, not sure if that is an issue.
