    I was a shop steward and were retrenched and immediately after the retrenchments the employer rehired worker's in the same position i was working in and there after refusing to rehired these worker's and myself included what can i do to remedy this ?

    Hello can they book a person of from work for going to use the toilet for 6 to 7 times a day..I mean it's cold where I work and is it against the law too go pee and popo

    Hello to me it was a promotion from being a wash bay to a driver then I was put on a probation again while is a promotion so I would like you to explain that if is it correct

    Help 5 years ago i was promoted as a supervisor and promised that after probation i will be paid supervisor's rate bt up until today nothing happens and i tried to ask and still they are promising lies

    What does one do in the event that a supervisor refuses to sign an internal application form, which affects the chances of an employee getting the job. The reasoning behind his refusal being "he's busy" or refuses to sign because the employees performance is lacking or that he just won't sign it
    Subsequent to this taking place, warnings or disciplinary actions are then imposed on the employee
