Helped me so much!!! I’m an electrical engineer and the goobers that installed my unit goofed it up!!! Way to go Ryan Homes!!! They had all of my zine dampers jumpered to each other and both thermostats controlled HVAC for the entire house. Thanks again for this video!
My man thank you , very clear explanation. Can you please make a video on how to troubleshoot a 90 %gas furnace with 4 pressure switches ( basically how to troubleshoot the pressure switches. Please).!
Thanks, will check my zone board as all air is being sent to one zone regardless of which thermostat is turned on and off.Is there a way to manually open a damper on the damper control box?
Have a unique situation I have Ecobee thermostats that do not provide B signal when in aux mode. Found your video very helpful. I have a gas furnace with a heat pump. There is a way to get around this problem. Do you know what it is.
Great video. I’m assuming that all the zones or 2/3 have to be calling for the same function ( heat or cool) in order to get the signal active (24v) coming from the system/equipment hub?
Another question I have just to make sure my understanding is that any kind of thermostats can be use to control this dampers because the owner wants to use NEST thermostats. Can I use them ?
One of best video ! Very clear! Do you have any suggestion on replacing a LAT Sensor on supply side. Doesn’t seem to reset when 2-3 TSATS are calling for cooling. I am getting 24v between C & Y at TSATS side of the zonex board, but not at air handler. The one that is mounted is like 2” black square with 2 screws. Any tips on how to replace it? Thanks in advance!
Hi my friend good morning I have 2 HZ 322 Panels with 3 zone dampers each . I have thermostats for each damper . I am not controlling any equipment just want to close the damper once roon reaches the desired temps . How can I wire the board please I need help
I live in sw Florida. The original unit for my home was a single stage with a two damper zone. I have researched that with a single stage unite it need a bypass duct which I have. Last year I bought a 18 seer 2 stage unit with a veritable speed air handle. And recently I have noticed on my nest app that my unit is running long. What can the reasoning be?
If unit is running long that is because it is not cooling the house down. The problem with the question is that any problem in the unit will result in the unit running too long. it would be almost like asking someone my car does not run do you know the problem. I would need much more specific details.

Does this troubleshooting technique pertain to heat as well as A/C ?
yes

Super easy. You just pull it out and replace with the new one.
Thanks for the response. Does the probe be inserted in any certain angle or something like that?
Thank you 🙏
Did you drill a hole on the top plastic piece to fit the wires inside the casing?
No, but there are usually holes to mount the board to a stud or to the air handler
Hello , i saw on Honeywell zone boards there is no C terminal , that means we dont using common wire?

are the dampers power open or power closed?
Can a zone board cause for a unit to run longer then normal??
You made it plain bro. Thank you
Sir i need to know what percentage to set in each zone?
