It has been my experience, and something I had to learn in my late teens and early twenties, that when a woman says what she is doing to you is talking to you, not dating you, this is going nowhere and is usually a waste of time. You are being led along like a rabbit chasing a carrot, that she is never going to let you catch, because she is more interested in the game of watching you chase the carrot than actually entering a real relationship, or doing any of the things that would result in them being good relationship partners. I am a 19 year old female who is waiting until marriage. Coming from a childless woman’s perspective, women put men in “categories” kind of like how men do.
