Thanks for this! I've been encountering sentences that just use zheng4 without zai4. I don't know what to make of it. Why is there no zai4. Here is an example sentence: tamen zheng4 cong4 hai3 tan1 zou3 lai2. I know it's saying they're coming from the beach, but I've never seen zheng4 used alone without zhengzai. Could you help me? xiexie!!
In the "some people" structure, Is it you xiē 些 or you de 的 rén 人 ? Because in the title the character is xiē 些 and that's what you say but in the examples it says you de 的 rén 人. Thanks. J

what’s the difference of 滑手机 Vs 玩手机？ in the example I would of thought to use 玩手机.
Basically the same, but 滑手機 is phubbing, more like a slang word because of the birth of smartphone. 滑 to slide:)

請問，妳寫「有些人做運動」，但我認為「運動」也是一個動詞。我們也可以寫「有些人運動」嗎？
的確，也可以是個動詞，但是很特別，如果說 「有些人運動」，當然聽得懂，可是聽起來有一點怪怪的，如果「運動」這個字前面有別的動詞，例如「有些人喜歡+運動」，這樣就可以喔，不用加「做」運動。:)
