Thanks Hayden! I'm using DaVinci these days for my exports. I'm doing a color grade breakdown soon based off this video so I'll mention my exact export settings in that. For Premiere, I'd usually do VBR 2 Pass with a range of 40-60mbps for 4K video. I haven't done an export in Premiere in a bit though so I'm a tad rusty on that TBH
