    This could be a valuable video if it was shot and edited by someone who actually used all 3 options extensively (for example Jason Vong did a similar video very recently). Not by someone who has most of their videos without any footage and the ones that actually have real life footage could be shot on a webcam for the kind of quality that is shown.

    Mirrorless cameras are legacy technology??? Excuse me? That's why the Nikon Z6iii just came out and is sold out everywhere... its so outdated.... right?

    • @warmoaran3

      @@chicojuanito2 this dude doesn't know what he's on about.. dedicated cameras cost so much because they are higher quality, their lenses are SHAPR, don't fringe and are made of glass, the camera bodies have large sensors which don't produce a lot of noise, many new Sony Alpha cameras have even faster burst rate than any phone, and not to mention.. you have full manual control if you wanted it.. which includes an aperture iris..

    In the opening shot of this video, it clearly shows many of those "legacy technology" sony mirrorless cameras are sold out and on backorder. truth is you dont know what you're doing - you dont know the shutter speed, iso and aperture, then you're better off having a phone do everything for you.

      I love my iPhone 15 Pro Max but the quality from the 5x zoom is barely usable in non-ideal light. If you are a serious content creator who needs real zoom, this can fill gaps but it cannot be your only camera.

    Calling mirrorless a "legacy technology" is such a bad take that I'm not convinced you didn't say that on purpose to drive engagement. Very disappointed in this.

    How can action cams be legacy? They're like the best option for "action" activities. You're not gonna use your smartphone or your pocket when you're snowboarding or or scuba-diving.

    You can get great footage out of both… if you know how to use them.
    I think you should get an ND filter, because your outside shots have a very high shutter speed. You should also get a decent camera app for your phone because you are just using auto-exposure and it changes as you move the phone around and it looks bad in all sorts of ways.
    Also I think you should not be using your TH-camr Authority voice to inform everyone if you don’t know anything about the subject.

    I have come to the same conclusion. Phones take better pics than stand-alone cameras. Until cameras start doing lucky imaging/ image stacking that phones do, phones do way better.
    Not to mention phones are shooting 10s of frames per second too. or just shoot 4k 60 and grab a frame.
    Oh and cameras are huge.

    • @kakashu69
      @kakashu69 วันที่ผ่านมา +7

      If that is true, why do people still buy cameras?
      Phones do not take better pictures than cameras, or at least a semi-decent ones. Camera sensors are HUGE, compared to the miniscule sensors on cameras, thanks to this we can get a lot more detail, depth of field and and better low light performance, and this would be without much processing compared to a phone.
      But for an average user, a camera is not really necessary, especially if you have a good phone.

      I haven't seen a phone camera come close. the sensor (and pixels) and lenses are too small, too high of a resolution on a too small of a sensor makes a NOISY image, and the software typically ruins the pics and makes them look cheap and oversaturated. the HDR youre talking about can be done with a normal camera too, but with better detail and quality. the zoom on actual cameras are a LOT better too phones only have 120mm or 240mm at the longest end, with even smaller, noisier sensors. i only use my phone if its for something minute.
