Bringing someone from North Korea is indeed the most shocking thing 😳 world friends has done until now 😂 , btw i loved this trio
The people that own this channel also own "Foodies", which used to be called "Dimple", which used to post content almost exclusively about North Koreans in this kind of setting
@@senzikalok so that's what it is. I watch Dimple too and I thought the formats felt similar
But those people who come out on TV show or TH-cam channel are not living in North Korea anymore. They escaped and live in South Korea or elsewhere now.
And the start of this video the way he actually thought he was in North Korea 😭 (its because he said "hello" in a North Korean way with like.. "praying")
Thanks!
"Wait, this is north-korean MRE?"
NK dude : "This is Spartaaaaaaa!"
Vids with this trio give off major “me and the boys” vibes
Loved the guys very respectful towards eachother
If they think there is so much in the US military MRE, don't bring them french military 😂 Our MRE is very complete, it's almost the size of a shoe box and it contains everything to eat all day long (Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner). We also have so much variety of menu and so much variety of food inside.
but you surrender?
@@cesaru3619 Why ? Can't understand. Because it's heavy ?
Baguettes and cheese surely?
No baguettes and cheese right? 😂
Do you guys still use the fuel cube heaters or have you switched to the flameless heaters like the US rations?
More north korean People pls.
wow, this was like an documentary almost! very insightful stuff, thanks!
I think they should have had an actual ex soldier on there to explain American MREs. Cool video tho!
Cnt tell if im more impressed with the NK spy or the white guy thats fluent in hangul.
American spy.
I vote for the NK guy.
@@cesaru3619you got me
If he was a Spy i don't think he would be doing ration reviews on TH-cam.
Lee Chul Eun is from the same hometown as Kim Jin-pyo, a politician who currently serves as the chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea. Both were born in Yeonbaek County, Hwanghae Province.
It was interesting! Thank you.😊
If the channel could do France tossed in there it would be interesting to compare different types of MRE. We love the channel and as always this video is no exception to that fact.
How can North Koreans spy can eat and make TH-cam together with you gusy 😆😆😆.. tht so cute..
This was super interesting
There is definitely a lot in the American MREs, but, at least during my service in Iraq, we normally only got one a day. That is, when we weren't outrunning our supplies, and, having them blown up by the damn Fedayeen.
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ쩐식.. 진짜 끔찍하네 ㅜㅠㅠ
그나마 제일 맛있는걸로 가져와서 다행입니다.
I used to watch EmmyMadeInJapan try every MRE she could get & I loved them lol. This should be interesting.
Bring more North Korean or Russian guest!
Bringing someone from North Korea is actually insane😮
You should know that they are not living in North Korea anymore. Some of them escaped and live in South Korea now. Maybe the man is one of them.
@@jameso4053and you are running through the each post and saying it. Should we think tha you just north hater?
@@achmed-machachev? lol. I'm just telling the truth, because some people got it wrong. It is just an information. And I mentioned this just twice here.😉
@@jameso4053 like i didnt know 😐
They are NKs that escaped to the South. They are some of the bravest people to go through that.
the way he says much better with atm perfect American accent at 11:32
I remember back in school... late 80-s early 90s, i think it was the Desert Storm / Gull War, they had brought MRWs for us to try at school. No where as good as those they tried, did not have the heater thing but they were weird, kinda mushy.
Yeah some of the earlier MREs were pretty dire, luckily the US puts a lot of funding into improving them and adding new menus every couple of years. The ones I tried in the 2010's were pretty good, apart from the coffee.
I had a former US Army friend tell me the instant coffee was just for chewing in your mouth dry instead of heating up as a drink, to this day I can't tell if he was serious or messing with me.
Is it only me who thinks that the American dude looks like Matthew McConaughey from interstellar😅
If you are not well-fed you are going to be weak and sleepy all the time, how are you supposed to win any conflict, just going to be sitting ducks or get surrounded.
Did the American say he wasn’t military at the beginning?!?
How is that cookies still intact?😅
A real US soldier would know how to use the chem pack to heat up the mre.
Please slow down the subtitles 😮
North Korea still got that Potato Pride.
When it comes to Australian army ration packs, the tortellini was always the one you wanted. The cheese in a can... not so good!
Norwegian MREs are some of the best Ive had.
MRE : meal rejected by everyone 😂
Is this a korean channel? See lots of koreans in alot of their videos and many non koreans speaking korean
Yes
If I had to eat the north Korean MRE every day, I would look forward to dying in combat, I guess that's the point.
Defect.
After all, they are of the same ethnicity
😮
is north korean guy alive
MREs are technically a 3 day meal. They have over 3600 calories in each one. They are to sustain a soldier for a few days without having to carry much.
The middle guy actually completely looks North Korean, we can assume him easily
what are their IG handles?
@couchz
is toasted corn just corn nuts????
I think so
After seeing what north Korea eats..I wonder if they have a high risk in high blood pressure in the army..thats alot of starch and salt to eat..and if its the only thing they can eat for each meals.
I have eaten MREs and they are much better than its predecessor, K-rations aka "Kennel Rations" I think the MREs are mainly a dinner meal, and the main objective is to give you calories.
American MREs are meant to be the food for an entire 24 hour period, and are very calorie-dense. The reason everything was packaged like that is so you can have portions of the MRE stashed away to eat throughout the day.
Why is there someone who wasn’t even in the military doing this I could see if he was a military brat like some of us but this doesn’t make any sense for him to be doing this
Bro how North Korea men can escape ???
SHoNgxBoNg عمكم
Bruh the american MRE and the korean one ain't the proper legit gov issued😂 who's in charge lol but the fact that korean one tastes like ass doesn't change tho.
As far as packaging I’d say South Korea gets an A+. And as far as ease of prep North Korea takes the win.
Ha ha. After seeing SK & US MREs, NK soldiers can be expected to fight better to take over SK & US MREs supplies.
All NK command has to do is to declare any enemy MRE captured will be prizes for any NK soldiers.
My mouth dropped when I saw the North Korean solider
한국전투식량 이거 사제같은데
Only people who think American MRE’s are good are people who didn’t have to live on them in the military. I would rather have a bowl of rice .
so north koreans can't grow their own food?
They can, but numerous things plague them.
One, they are working with extremely old equipment. 23% of North Koreans work in agriculture, and that's not counting people who farm privately to feed their families, and they still till their land with horses, and a device they push from behind.
They have also over-farmed their land. You can only grow things on your land so much before you take all of the nutrients out of the ground, and you have to replace them, such as nitrogen, phosphate and potassium. With farming in the U.S. farmers regularly pump nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium into the ground when they plant their crops, so there's a never-ending replenishment. North Koreans don't have the money or resources to do that.
Third, they use human waste / fecal matter as fertilizer, which has parasites / diseases.
Fourth, over 80% of North Korea is mountainous, and they don't have favorable natural conditions for agricultural production. They can only farm on about 14% of their land which is considered arable, which equates to 20,000 km^2.
Precipitation is geographically and seasonably irregular, and in most parts of the country as much as half the annual rainfall occurs in the three summer months.
All these conditions mean that their main crop is paddy rice.
@@naturalselection1096 i live in norway, and here 60 percent is mountain, and 45 percent is over the tree line,BTW i have heard that you can use bone powder as a fertilizer, and you can also use old plant matter turned in to soil,as a fertilizer.
한국은 봉지밥이쥐 ㅋㅋㅋ
Guys on World Friends, wow

Hi second!
