I love how Lerdsila is a naturally good, humble and almost sweet guy. Would be nice to go with him to the bar, drink few beers together and listen to his fight stories.

I cant help it. but at 120 I was pushing 300 pounds with my legs, only took one kick to anywhere to put someone down, AND I had to hold back my kicks in case I broke someone's rib cage. only "fist fight" I got into the guy went to the hospital.. cops tried arresting me till they found out I had registered them as lethal weapons.. sad time where someone attacks you, you put them down, and you get the blame. short.. short.. run.. he came, i kicked his ass, he went home a week later. 3 broken ribs.. I'm pretty sure Nong-o does the same now. Even though he came out of retirement to fight Fabio Pinca, he was training and fighting for an American team. The team he's training though isn't actually in the states. It's Singapore. But there are many American fighting teams located in Thailand.
