ok tnx for the quick response nick y i was also thinking to buy a 20 gauge in a side by side shotgun with double trigger ofcourse just to keep the old tradition in game but here in belgium we always must use steel shot and there is only 24 gr shots avaible what grams do u use for ur pheasant hunting cheers

Thanks for your kind comments...yes it is a 20 bore. I prefer to use a smaller bore for our walked up days as they are lighter to carry. Cheers Nick

They are used as marker birds, you usually pay a premium to the keeper for shooting those birds.
