Herson, you are truly insane at this game. The Norway player should feel bad that it took a 4v1 or whatever against you for him to still barely eke out a SV on turn 118 while he's free simming.
This kind of late game is cancer. The FFA format really incentivizes teaming up against one player. The players can be toxic too. Not really an encouragement for newer players, but I guess it's at least exciting content! Well played to Herson.
@futeran8679 I just don't think simulating WW3 with endless nukes and Giant Death Robots is fun. It gets old real quick. The strong civilizations burn the weaker ones to the ground and the reasonable response to a civilization full of beauty attracting masses of tourists from all over the globe is coordinated mass genocide. No thanks. I'm glad Civ 7 is at least trying to fix the late game because none of it is very enjoyable in Civ 6.
@@rolandxb3581 i don't think that it is a problem of civ 6 game design otherwise it is the very nature of any competitive FFA game, if there is a way to hinder your opponents victory players will use it. Maybe you just don't like the idea that other plyers can ruin your win con, but tha maybe FFA is not for you.
Person I just found out from my recap that I'm in the top 0.5% of your viewers, watching 22 times more (probably because I want like ⅓ of these from beginning to finish or to industrialization). I need to get on your Twitch sometime when I get better internet! Love your videos so much, keep it up!
Hate those endings, when people teams up against Herson in final turns and destroy everything what was builded in past 4 hours in a couple of turns, sadge :(
That's sad that you weren't able to get revenge even after getting GDRs first. But you fight valiantly to the end. Feels bad also with Gran Columbia being attacked as well because he sided with you. Where can I watch this whole game without fog?
There's nowhere that you can watch this whole game without the fog, sorry. Only tournament games have spectator POVs, and this was just a regular, non-tournament game.
The ratio of 6 full stream vods to 1 full edited video ain’t it chief. Hope to see more edited content soon , even if it’s a twenty - thirty minute videos with minimal edits that go over key moments in the game.
Personally I love the long form content, I feel like most civ players do as well. You learn a hell of a lot more about the game watching these full games rather than condensed revised versions. Just my opinion of course 🤷🏻♂️
The guy petty griefed Herson because he took it personally when Herson says the lobby was mediocre. So they 5v1, and Herson got 5th
Bruh spoilers
Herson dishes it out so he has to be able to take it.
Sounds like pretty reasonable griefing btw

wdym its the most exiting thing that can happen in civ late game, or would you prefer cc vote when someone has giga stats?

the MOST unfairly mistreated
I remember watching this live. A game of all time. Entertaining to watch
A truly impressive defense...it took 4 of them to make a dent. Well played.

Andrew redemption arc Pog
This was such an epic effort
If teaming like this in the end game isn’t looked at as collusion then why even bother banning military alliance?
Is there any reason for not leveling up your scouts?
I forgor
so annoying to watch herson's scouts
Teaming up like that is dumb as F... What can you even do in a situation like that. What a bunch of loosers.
Anyone know the mod that indicates food, production, pop, amenities, in the hud?
Top Panel Extension Pro
One thing I can learn from this game is that never lean your back toward water

Settling on the northern furs and then cutting the other furs south of Temple of Artemis was cringe. I'm bothered.
Why are they so proud when they are literally double teaming him? Is the community actually this cringe lol?
Ganking is cringe
FFA has always been cringe in the later turns.
