Please provide me with the following information in your e-mail:
    Your name
The Steam link to your finished zoo OR all relevant information for me to find your Xbox Zoo at the Frontier Workshop
Your TH-cam and/or Twitch channel (if you have these and you want me to promote them, I am very happy to do so!)
PLEASE NOTE: I won't be showing non-finished zoos and I'm not able to showcase all zoos that will be sent as I receive a lot of e-mails and try to pick the best zoos out there for a showcase on the channel.

Also, please make sure that 90% of the zoo is made by you. It's obviously alright to use some backstage items, buildings, playgrounds, and other small blueprints from the workshop, but I really would love to showcase zoos on the channel that are original and (mostly) made by the creator itself. If you do use blueprints of others, then please make sure to give credits to the creators on your workshop page, because at the end of the day, all creators should get credits for their hard work, just as much as you like to receive credits for your hard work!
Thank you for understanding and I look forward to checking out your awesome zoo!
    Much love,
    DeLady

Thanks for the wonderful tour of my zoo delady. I do apologize with the lighting, it was an entirely new concept to improve the natural lighting of areas that are typically in dark shadows which ruin the look of the zoo I was trying to aim for. My previous zoos suffered from dark and dull areas due to heavy foliage cover which I tried to fix but I'll be on my way to workaround these issues in the future
    - the jaguar cove is one of my favourite habitats I have ever made, the huge fallen kapok tree (made of 8 large logs found in the construction menu) , hanging vines and lush tropical scenery with the chance of hiding the jaguars completely. I actually put less plants inside to allow us to see the jaguars for often compared to real life
    - I have a set couple of climbing frames I really love to use, many of the custom ones I make animals never seem to use sadly. It's actually a very limited selection of materials that primates will love to climb on for recreations which does limit the diversity
    - the African savanna large habitat and the red deer meadow are actually the same size at about 16,000m2. Really big habitats for the game and were responsible for losing 20 fps alone due to the huge size requirements
    - I thought you might get lost in the zoo, a rather confusing layout and not enough signs to keep you on track each time. I believe out of the 53 habitats only the 2 gorilla habitats were missed, the path to them is behind the colobus monkey habitat or left of the jaguar habitat
    - pray for the meerkats, I too hated building such a tiny habitat for them

I am enjoying this zoo tour! So far in my memory, the penguins, the savanna, the African village, the hippos, the aviaries, the Rainforest Cafe, rhinos (once upon a time made fot elephants😢) a lot of the viewing caves and structures...all spot on! You even got the boat in the penguins! The bamboo playground! The Raptor show! I usually enter from the Hippo parking lot so the penguins are the last thing we see, so for me it was all turned around. Too bad they don't have blue hydrangeas (there are so many) and catalogs! This was so fun, thsnk you!

I visit this zoo literally all the time, and I can say this is SUPER accurate to Woodland Park Zoo, down to little details like the signs. Whoever built this must have spent a lot of time in this zoo to capture it this perfectly.

This is my local zoo! This is so exciting! My husband is a native to the area, and he remembers when the current silverback gorilla was born! It was before they realized letting people directly contact the animals wasn't necessarily a great idea, and he told me he got to hold the baby's hand briefly.

And no one told me??? Thats where I volunteer daily. One of the oldest zoos in the nation. OMG!!!! Actually, we have 3 parking lots. This is the East gate by the Penguins. That exhibit is also home to a free roaming Blue Heron. There should be a coscovova swan with the flamingos. Funny story on the napped crane. It got out of its exhibit one day just as I got to the exhibit and gashed my arm open. there exhibit is made of two yards. It's VERY ACCURATE. That empty building normally had posters and audio education in it. in real life the duck pond is filled with herons, geese, ducks and you can hand feed them. I send many lunch hours in there. there should also be free roaming Nicobar pigeons in that walk through aviary. there should be a barn owl in the farm barn, the barbairusa pigs are actually Australian domestic sheep. You missed the chicken and rabbits building across from the goats and sheep. Yes, in the African village, there are rows of school benchs and skulls of animals. Sadly we are going to be loosing our hippos. And yes, that yard is for our raptor shows. There should be Arctic foxes next to the Mountain goats but there were always being attacked by eagles passing over so it's hard to see them. All in all VERY ACCURATE!! Save from one thing. It has to be raining.

I volunteer at the Woodland Park Zoo every weekend. This is awesome! There is also a really great zoo modeled after the Oregon Zoo. It is very well done and looks almost exactly like that zoo.

I used to visit the Woodland Park Zoo a lot as a kid, so seeing it made in Planet Zoo is really cool. I think Captain Callum did an amazing job with it!

This is so weird! I work at Woodland Park Zoo and was talking to a coworker about this project and came home to this video! All the buildings are super accurate, though the insides of the habitats are a bit off, but it looks amazing!

I lived 2 blocks away from Woodland Park for a year - I went every week, practically. I knew that place better than some of the staff. This recreation is well done - it needs a little foilage tweak and some minutia (decoration and the street outside - I'm a stickler), but otherwise a good job!

As someone born and raised in the North Seattle area, I was excited to see my "hometown" zoo being highlighted! This recreation was pretty impressive! There were so many spots that were about as perfect as PZ could allow. Fantastic job! ❤️

As a born an raised Seattleite, this is very accurate. As for the open spaces. One was for interactive ranger talks. The other larger one is for functions and concerts.

My reason to have hope for birds, is the simple fact that they haven't come out and said it's not happening. Of course they might not want to do that, as not to discourage those who are waiting for it, but I think they earn more from being honest in such an instance. I'm betting on small bird exhibits.
This zoo is incredibly gorgeous and well built! Thanks for showing it ^^

    • @rachaelwhitlock2917
      @rachaelwhitlock2917 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I was thinking the same. I don't have much hope for birds coming to the game, but considering the developers already stated they wouldn't be adding marine mammals when the aquatic pack first came out, I feel like they would let us know if they weren't adding birds since so many people are requesting it.

Sometimes you youtubers don't know what help you can be to distract us viewers in difficult times.
    Love your zoo's!
