The profit margin is not clear to me. The new total revenue would go from 50 - 55 usd, but wouldnt the profit margin for the new tickets be affected since the price went up? Plesse someone clarify
The new profit margin for those tickets are 65%, and the total profit became 20M from 15M. But the initial profit margin is 30%; since we increased it to (20/55M =) 36%, we improved our profitability by 20%.
