Friend of mine was in Gryphon Music in Palo Alto, one time, years ago, and he's checking out guitars minding his own when he hears someone playing a Tracy Chapman song then another and another then they start singing and it was actually Tracy Chapman. How cool is that haha 😄
Just saw that your new sheets are an upgrade from the older ones. Big improvement. Love the f sharp blues scale and it really works well. Great lesson and loved the play alongs. ken
Shane…this is absolutely a great video. You seem to have the simplicity of not only playing the song but giving us the tools where we can also play it. Thank you so much!❤️🎸
Thank you Eric - SO great! Be sure to get a midi cable to connect the BB to the Aeros - you just plug it in and go. Fabulous - thanks for being here, Shane
Love this lesson Shane...thanks so much! I need to practice this one! If by chance, I would love to request an acoustic lesson for Marcus King's "Goodbye Carolina".....Thanks in advance!
This should be a fun one to learn. Gotta agree with Joel, that guitar sounds great. Part of the sound is your tone settings I assume. Sounds like some reverb and maybe other effects, any hints on how to get that sound. Thanks again Shane.
Thank you Wally - I'll bet you'll have fun with this one. I'm using reverb and a bit of compression on the electric guitar. It's going through a Fractal Audio AX8 that I've had for a few years now. I really love it. I have no affiliation with the company....it's just a great product. Best to you! Shane
Hey Shane, absolutely love and have learned from your lessons. Could you please do a video on Thorn Tree in the Garden by Derek and the Dominos? It would be a fantastic lesson. Thx so much and keep up the great work 🎸👍🎸
