THIS !! THIS is why we watch your channel every sunday !! This is the type of content you can't find elsewhere ! Thank you so much for this video and the template ! I wish you the best of luck for the Thai tournament and hope your matches will be streamed ! Love you guys !
Another brilliant video, well done! My team's match analysis tends to take place in the pub after the game, rapidly descending into discussions on who's carrying the most injuries as our excuses.
You guys are good at explaining things with percentage. 30% 71% ‥ That helps me understand badminton. and want me try something new I learn with this video. Thank you!
Hello Greg and Jenny! Absolutely love your content, I've been watching the channel quite religiously and I've improved my game a lot since implementing your advises. I would love to see a video in the future about what to do in the day before a tournament match. Thank you!
2 MONTHS i couldn't see you videos ,couldn't play badminton due to exams finally a new video which has some useful content for people who like to play badminton
Good point... N best of luck for the tournament... I hope ur tournament video will help most of the young badminton players...👍👍 I hope ull get through and also the idea of analysing opponents...❤️❤️ Lots of love n best of luck for your tournament n ur upcoming badminton videos...👍👍 I want to use ur idea of analysing opponents...
Haven't watched the video yet But the reason I got better at this game was by watching pro matches and seeing what they do And ran across ur channel Which I am still watching And I will continue to
As a Badminton Aspirant, I really learned a lot of useful things that could help me improve my performance on the court. Looking forward for more educational and more useful contents. One of your content from last year, you had a Racket Giveaway but unfortunately I didn't have a chance to join that. I hope there's another giveaway tho.
Hi Greg and Janny, can you do an episode in the future about the period before an important tournament? It means what and how much is best to train, regeneration, and an analysis of opponents. Best regards !!
Thanks for this template and analysis video. I am late to watch it and missed your review. Are you planning to have another session of reviewing subscribers’ match ?
Thanks for a great video once again. Can you also put a video where you actually do a match analysis (maybe from one of the videos sent by us) and give a demo so we understand it even better
I might be mistaken here, but I'll take the risk 😊: could it be that you've slowed down the tempo of your speech a little bit ? If so, I really have to congratulate you, because I think this will help many people who are not native speakers !
Since I do not play at a very high level my matches are never recorded :). Nevertheless, I have made a recording with my brother which I will send you guys (ignore the 1 second it's too long please :D). I am very curious to hear your feedback!
Most of your audience is intermediate, and this entire video revolves around analyzing opponents, rather than analyzing ourselves, which is a bit counter-productive in my opinion, as we don't often play the same opponents at intermediate levels, nor do we know who we are gonna play ahead of time. I'd really love something more focused on analyzing our own gameplay. Thank you!
We get lots of comments asking how to analyse opponents. We also know that a lot of intermediate players play the same people more often as they are part of the same club or just play with the same friends every week. We do also say throughout the video that this analysis can also be done for yourself (eg the serve and return and your strengths / weaknesses!) this is also included in the template! So hopefully you can use it in that way :)
@@BadmintonInsight Thank you for the reply! Yes, of course there is useful information that can be applied to our own gameplay, maybe I was just expecting something different when I read the title. I still find your videos super useful and informative, I just wanted to give my feedback as well, maybe for a later video :) Thank you!
Hey Greg and Jenny , after hitting jumpsmash I have seen players landing on their non racquet leg But In my case either i land on both the feet together or the racquet leg first ,so can you please tell me how can I correct this
Any tips on how to improve the timing of a shot? I've noticed my grip is correct footwork is not bad but even though all is right, my timing makes me miss my shot or the shuttle hits the frame
Hello badminton insight, I am a badminton player for a county team playing in national gold tournaments and part of the PC. I have an account on the BE website, my grading is a HII and I play 2-3 times a week. I get coached by Antony Clark, do you know him?
@@BadmintonInsight Thank you, could you make a video to help me try and find the gap in a singles or doubles game, it is something that I think I can improve on and I struggle to do so while also concentrating on my shot quality and footwork. Good luck with Thailand!
Please make a video on the Uber cup tournament. Please see if you could invite some players from india for a talk or a collaboration. Great insights though ! Thank you.
Hi! I have difficulty seeing the return shot when my partner is serving from the left court. Is it possible to do a tutorial to show how to mitigate this?
Stand to the side a little bit so you can see! Thanks for the question - this has happened with us before and we’re sure a lot of other people will have had this problem too! Maybe we’ll include it in a video in the future :)
It doesn’t matter - you can use these steps for both!! Of course the first step is more important for doubles, but still useful for videos like we say in the video :)
Awesome vid! Love it! Had a badminton session earlier and did the recording! Just finished the editing and have sent the 90s vid to you guys! Thank you so much!! Ken :D 🏸🏸🏸
