Steve wa Cucu you are a strong man. May you live to become the best you can become....self-actualization.Thank you for entertaining us through many channels. I normally watch you kwa advanced pictures.
I relate this back in JKHS.He ws my classmate 1N6 n couldn't imagine him becoming an actor...He led frm form 1 to form 4....It's true God hs his own ways of working things out...
This man has a great story. For sure everybody has their journey which is different from others. I also love how Ala- C presents the questions. Thanks guys. From Lebanon with 💖💖💖💖
Very entertaining and inspiring.. Steve kigonyi uko sawa kabisa. I enjoyed listening to you.. Ala C good job as always 👌🏿👏🏿 Wishing you both continued God's blessings. 🙏🏿
Ala C ndikuo after awhile! As always I enjoyed this episode. One thing that makes me very sad and angry is to hear about how almost every guest on these vernacular shows were beating growing up. Aciari, macucu na arimu kurumia ciana ta ndarama. WHY??? I feel like these adults are takin their frustrations on defenseless children which make them ALL cowards. May God bless m parents and rest their souls in eternal peace. They really were ahead of their times, my parents. They didn't believe in corporal punishment and except for one of my brothers waari nema kuhia, my siblings and I rarely if ever got spanked, caned or whatever you call it. Being the last of over 10 children, I was especially indulged in and spoiled. Can't recall even getting pinched uria mwana akunyagwo ikai. And because children become their parents, none of my siblings and I beat their kids. I hate the idea of brutalizing a child in any way, form or manner. Studies show that physical abuse can cause psychological damage, not to mention that violence only begets violence. Practically ALL abusers of children or spouses were abused as children. It's a vicious cycle that needs to be addressed. If you teach a child good behavior via communication, he or she will grow up to be a healthier and more decent human being. Parents and teachers who beat kids to get them to obey don't realize that this is one of the weakest discipling weapon. They may obey for a short time out of fear, but they'll NOT respect you but thoroughly hate and resent you. Often this anger is internalized and later unleashed on the innocent--either the women or men the victim forms relationships with or on the society. So, STOP perpetrating physical violence against children. There are other more civilized and humane way to shape them into future decent members of society. Sorry for the long comment but I felt it important to voice my opinion on what seems such a pervasive problem in our society. Otherwise, great interview. I'll check out Steve Kigonyi. He seems like a very together young man despite what he's gone through.
