Dude! can you PLEASE tell us about that ladder rack and soft tonneau cover combo you have !!! That's the unicorn setup that so many Maverick owners are seeking (according to the forums). You didn't even make one video on it yet and I feel like you might not even know how coveted your setup is! You've figured it out! Can you please tell us the brand of racks and tonneau cover, and any adapters you needed and show us the functionality of the racks too! like if they adjust or if they can be removed easily etc..
Nice video. I actually decided to get a "Readyramp". It works as a motorcycle ramp and a bed extender. Gives more space on the tailgate as well and cheaper than buying both a ramp and this bed extender. It also folds up nicely so it wont be in the way when you go to ikea.
Thanks! I was thinking of getting one, but I already have tie-down straps that cost less than 1/10th of the cost of this. I do want to get a tonneau cover.
I found exactly the same. It's nice to have. But I rarely use it it's good to keep in the truck to go to Sam's club, it stops everything from sliding to the front of the bed.
6:30 lol I was going to ask about that but saw you brought it up... I can still it being useful but also a hinderance when you have other things to put in the back. It needs to be able to fold up somehow to be of any use.
20+ years with a sport trac are bed extender lived in the garage other that a few times. then some one stole it about 2 years ago when it got used on of the 10 times maybe. load extender has been of way more use..
I've tried a tailgate pad for the mountain bikes and I think that makes more sense than the bed extender. I've hauled motorcycles in many trucks and a bed extender wasn't something I ever used so not sure how useful it would be since I'd tie them down so they wouldn't go anywhere.
However, President Biden lowered our much needed Rx meds, (by a lot), which seems to more than make up for the higher $369 price, thanks to Bidenomics. And we take a lot of meds at our age. In fact, we saved so much with the lower Rx cost our meds, that I am now upgrading from the Ford Maverick XLT, to the Lariat. 😉
Thanks for an honest appraisal and saving me some money 😂

One can put a board in the modular slots to keep things from sliding
So if you have remote tailgate, the straps would unlatch every time you unlock?

How does this work with the bed cover?
I’ve got the semi rigid one

Can I maybe buy it off you. I’d definitely use it often and I’m getting my maverick shipped now
hi! quick question
did you have to take the bed liner off the tailgate for this to work?
I did not have the bed liner on my truck so couldn't answer this question.
@@MaverickTruckMods ok i just notice it was some kind of mat, at first glance i thought it was the drop in liner

same here don’t use it as much
Mountain bikes? Dirt bike?

$369 is the new $149 thanks to Bidenomics.
Oh look, it’s this stupid comment

Bed extenders are crap and a nuisance.
