37:10 I know this is going to be hard to hear but there will be ALOT of unpleasant things about motherhood you will learn to adapt to and some you won’t. Just remember the tough times don’t last forever & there’s always one great thing to come out of even the crappiest circumstances. Usually it’s not so obvious at first but that’s why they say 20/20 is hindsight. My best advice is trying to enjoy all parts as much as you can because one day your child will be more independent & not need you as much- it’s a very bittersweet feeling. Just enjoy the ride,there’s not destination & don’t put your joy off until tomorrow. ❤ I haven’t listened to you guys in a bit & happy to find out she’s pregnant 🤰
Lol it is physically taxing and soul draining, but not bc you break a sweat. Its a terrible, unhealthy and unfulfilling lifestyle for a human being, which leads to feeling older. I felt a million times better being a janitor than when I was a secretary or telemarketer lol I cant even express how bad I felt 24/7 and to top it off, the only morsel of excitement or variety to be had while working these incredibly monotonous, boring jobs is food, and its hard to not find yourself constantly snacking just to feel anything at all lol

Just wanna say for anyone thinking about having kids or feeling dissuaded by the negative experience esther has had with being pregnant, not everyone feels terrible while they're pregnant and everyone has a different experience. I'm 27 weeks pregnant so just a few weeks behind Esther, and since I got past week 12-13 it's been a truly wonderful experience. If you avoid processed food and eat clean, and take good care of yourself it doesn't have to suck and can really be a blissful and happy time. Of course everyone has a different experience.. But I just want to give anyone who might be feeling torn about having kids a different perspective. Especially if you're in the first Tri and feeling exhausted and shitty and having a ton of food aversions, I felt terrible in the first trimester but now as I'm coming into the third and reflecting on the second it's honestly the best I've ever felt. No period or monthly up and down feeling, sleeping like a rock and having a lot of vivid dreams, a lot of my anxiety and intrusive thoughts have greatly diminished.

I was only given Tylenol and Advil after my C-section and it was totally manageable, I didn’t need anything more.
