I loved when Rosebud was talking about guilt and she said that it was easier for her to blame herself than except that things can change that quickly. I find that to be true in my experience too, that really resonated with me. I had to pause the podcast. :)
I really like her, she's kinda quirky and has a very similar personality to Bobby. She should definitely be on again and bring her husband too.

@@richi1235 only in movies man; someone trapped underwater is probably in a state of panic and you can't communicate to them, so you would not be able to transfer second-hand air to them from your mouth successfully. in a very short time they will lose consciousness and then it definitely won't work.

I'm sooo happy Rosebud is on. Find Your Beach is such a great pod and her and Andy are the best. You don't have to start from the beginning but it's a wild ride. Daily podcasts beginning from day one of the lockdown, but slowly transitioned to biweekly and weekly.
Put up with the sound quality issues early on, it's indie, they figured it out themselves. It's almost a bit they riff about, and eventually get studio space (but the earlier long episodes are some of their best). Also their Patreon is so worth it for the extra episodes. Ok sales pitch over ❤️

I’m loving Rose’s come up. I always thought she was naturally funny and was super authentic. Love this episode and I love how Bobby was telling her husband’s ex to fuck off. That’s the type of comradery I’m here for lol.

My friend owned a funeral home and we used to play there all the time when we were little. They actually have seriously strict protocol for the cleaning out of the cremation ovens. (Bc I thought of that question and asked it when i was like 11)
They can blast the heat in those things that alone would clean it pretty good

my brother died, and i’ve suffered with feeling like it was my fault as well. he was my only sibling and my only friend growing up, but for the last couple years of his life i had distanced myself due to my abusive now ex who didn’t like him, and my brothers addiction problems were weighing heavy on me.
he had just got sober and found a new job out of town. he asked me to drive him, at this point he was pretty much begging me to be the one who drove him because he missed me and wanted to catch up before leaving town, but i was stubborn and said no because my boyfriend at the time told me he did not want me going.
if i had taken him i would’ve drove him the day after he ended up actually leaving, but since someone else drove him he got a ride the day prior and that night he was slipped fentanyl and died. i never got to say goodbye like i would have if i drove him, and i also always felt he wouldn’t have died if i did take him because his timeline would have been different.
Hugs to you. I'm sorry that happened, life is so unpredictable. I hope you are doing okay now.

Do you do movie reviews? I have a really eclectic taste in cinema. So much of what comes out of Hollywood is complete garbage.
I can't recommend these movies any higher. They are formerly banned surrealist films that are trippy as heck, and probably won't be found streaming anywhere.
