The home at 19.44 would sell for around $8M in today's market. The water in the lake is pretty dirty, so I'm not sure how that would affect the quality of the fish. Outside of that lake, there really isn't another place close by to fish. Your base property tax would $80k on an $8M home, but when you ad the local taxes, it would be closer to $100,000/year
