Please tell me if I want to Accompany someone on the guitar or Keyboard in the Key of G....then, to which Note should the First and other Strings of the Tanpura be tuned to...Like the Root name etc...

the 2 middle strings on the fundamental medium octave (Sa), the last string on the fundamental lower octave (Sa,) and the first string on the fifth, lower octave (Pa,). But playing tanpura will set a modal musical environnement that will not suit guitar chords. Unless the guitar plays modal. Then you will know the fundamental and tune your tanpura accordingly.

I know in the beginning u said u will tune the instrument in G sharp....so can u please in the Description write the Notes of ALL the 4 strings....not easy to read the translations.......age is catching up.....Merci.
