I am using "things3" in apple watch , having difficulty in adding tasks using siri to things3, it goes to reminders intead of things3 inbox.
Also i cannot see things3 upcoming tasks in apple watch. Found no video in youtube on this.

GPT-4o is already available for everyone right now.
The JARVIS voice will be out in the next few weeks, for ChatGPT Plus. Free users will get it a while after that.
"GPT-4o’s text and image capabilities are starting to roll out today in ChatGPT. We are making GPT-4o available in the free tier, and to Plus users with up to 5x higher message limits. We'll roll out a new version of Voice Mode with GPT-4o in alpha within ChatGPT Plus in the coming weeks." - OpenAI
(Apple's iOS and MacOS updates are coming out in a few weeks, and they're collaborating with OpenAI. You'll probably get Siri replaced with the JARVIS voice for free.)

Yes, that's a good use case too. One use case I would've used back when I was in college would be to screenshot some instructions to an assignment and have Chat simplify them, easier to understand. I know some foreign exchange students would do this when translating to their native language to best understand formal/proper English.
It's so frustrating being subbed to chatgpt premium for a year, using their service daily, publishing gpt's for others, actively using their api and still not having access to the mac app, when people like Mat just sub and gets access immediately - lame
I have the same problem. I've been a subscriber for almost 9 months and I still don't have access to the mac app, while new subscribers can.
If this is how OpenAI respects its long-time subscribers, it's unacceptable. So today I cancelled my subscription.
They probably have an ai that decides that, welcome to the future!

For the love of all mankind where is the link to download the app??? Nobody has provided a link.The link in the description only opens a GPT chat window within a browser.
I've been looking for the download link for a week. Not only can I not find it, ChatGPT won't even provide a direct download link when I ask it for one.
Not publicly accessible yet. Even with the app installer, when you run it right now, you will more than likely be told that you don't have access yet (I don't).

Is this just a PWA or an app on the macos app store? If it's the latter, is there any chance you could provide the link? I can't find it anywhere
i have the app but when you sign in, it tells you your account doesn't have access yet. So they're rolling it out not all at once I'm assuming. I got it from somewhere else first using a link the first time. The second time, chatgpt itself showed me that it was now available for mac and to try it with a pop up while using the chatgpt website. Downloaded it, installed it. Same error on signing in. I don't have access yet supposedly. I am a paid member for more info.

@@eagleed99 I have the same issue as him, the app appears and asks you to sign in, but after doing so, it says that you haven't been given access yet. But I didn't get a pop up rather I found a link that most people were using to download the dmg file.

It just suddenly appears on ChatGPT while you're logged in. I downloaded it from there.

@@avishaimoscovich453 If you cant access it, it wont appear on your ChatGPT page. dont bother. i found a link and it just says i dont have access when i try to sign in. i made 3 more accounts with each service i have access to and none of them worked. youve just gotta wait.

I thought Apple was including ChatGPT functionality into the OS level so we didn't have to pay for it. Is this just a "tide-me-over" app until the next MacOS releases?
FYI: System Requirements: MacOS 14 and Apple Silicon (M1 or better) - won't work without this.

It’s not going to be very good at detecting it. Much better to use more specialised softwares

@@RACAPEIt works for my free plan. When I tried logging in with my Apple ID, it didn’t work. I had to create a new account, then login with email and password.
@@anilkumar1971You need a Plus account but you also need to get access to it. Installing it from another source without first getting the pop up is useless
crazy how my account didn't have access, so I canceled my sub, signed up for a new account and resubscribed, and got access instantly.
Haptic feedback has been in macbooks for years.
This app is kinda useless if you are already subscribed to Raycast as I am. Especially since the ChatGPT app is basically an iPad app ported for Mac and as such only works on ARM architecture which is used by Silicon and not Intel Macs. While you could simply get all that if you subscribe to Raycast even if you have an Intel mac.
So I really do think they'll have to come up with something way better, cause as of right now the app sucks with a competitor like Raycast.
If you are going to make short “useful” video, DON’T left out desktop Chat GPT app only works on Apple silicon (M1 or above) chip!
