    That's awesome that you took your RV to Newfoundland. Love you cat. So cute. We travel with a cat in our 5th wheel. It's beautiful there.

      Hi, thanks! Its been quite the journey on the road but we're still loving the adventure. A 5th wheel must be fun to have a vehicle to help get around cities easier at least for you guys. Cheers. 🍁🐱

      @@LukeandAlysha Yeah, my husband actually drives the truck with the 5th wheel and I drive the Prius and follow him. We love having the Prius to explore and find hikes. It get better gas mileage then the truck. Enjoy you adventures in Newfoundland.

    Hey guys, you were boondocking at the harmon Base in Stephenville. It was a big american base built during WW2. Newfoundland is the birthplace of transatlantic air travel. Airport in Gander and Goose Bay were official landing sites for the shuttle should they need it because they were built during WW2 for huge military transport place taking off for Britian. Newfoundland was a separate Dominion equal to Canada . Rock on!

      Awesome! Thanks for the info, we really should have sought out more info. That makes sense I remember seeing something about Canada & Newfoundland on a plaque, thought it looked cool. Hopefully we manage to see The Rock again sooner than later in life, we loved it there. Cheers and thanks again!😊🍁

    Wow, some unique landscapes and geology going on in that park. Gorgeous views and I really enjoyed the information you shared about the park. You definitely saved one of the best for last!

      Super cool National Park hey! So big and spread out with so much interesting nature. I really didn't expect a carnivorous type plant in such a rugged environment. Glad that discovery center had so much good info before the hike. Thanks Lori 🍁

    Good Gros Morne morning to you both. STOP exposing yourself on the rock. I loved the Go Pro in the water but couldn’t hold my breath much longer. You guys are having too much fun, oh and by the way I waved to you and you didn’t wave back 😢. Be safe guys. Cheers!!!

      @LukeandAlysha  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hahaha howdy there guys. So much fun on Newfoundland, and only a bit more exposed at the Tablelands next vlog we promise! 😂. That Go Pro footage did turn out pretty cool in the end too I must admit, fun trying random stuff sometimes. Happy to see you guys take care!😊🍁

      Hey, it isn’t guys, just me Frank of Frank & Terry (F&T). I haven’t convinced my wife Terry to watch my favourite Utubers yet but I’m working on her. I just got her to watch a video on the rig I want when we retire. I love watching your vids because it’s exactly what I want to do when we start our travels. Ok guys have a great day in Newfoundland. Cheers!!!

      @LukeandAlysha  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh neat, good to know. Well thanks for being here with us Frank, we appreciate it 😄. As for the lifestyle yeah it's so fun. I don't understand the idea of retiring and then never leaving your house again. With RVing everyday is something new and engaging, and in whichever way you want from cities to hikes to fishing etc. (Or just sitting hooked up for an off month!) Thanks again Frank!

      So so so beautiful, it is definitely a place in its own, scenery, people, even town names are quite unique sometimes haha. Maybe someday you'll have an opportunity to visit come up even if just a quick lay over or something weird haha. Glad you're enjoying the vlogs, we love sharing them. Take care and thanks for watching!😄

    Guacamole looks good, but where's the corn chips!!! You guys should try avocado smoothie with those expiring avocado next time. Looks like it's a boondocker heaven on Newfoundland.

    • @LukeandAlysha
      @LukeandAlysha  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We had them too don't worry! Yeah RVing and just being active outdoors with quads etc seems like a big thing over here and with so much open land why not. I'm wondering how BC boondocking in recreation sites again will feel since we basically left BC without even RVing it. Newfoundland rocks though.🍁😊

    Hi ya L & A I’m catching up lol. My girlfriends & I drove the maritimes 5 years ago ( 60th b-days)wow. Great memories
    Hoping to spend more time on the Rock cause there is going to be a next time LOL

    • @LukeandAlysha
      @LukeandAlysha  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Glad you're like the content😊. It sure is neat over in the Maritimes, we loved it. The Rock was amazing though so be sure to save some good time for it! We had debated on taking the ferry from St John's to Sydney instead of driving back across to port aux Basques again but it didn't line up for us. It's an option though if you'd rather take it slow one way then not have to drive it twice though for times sake! Chee s and take care 😃🍁

    • @LukeandAlysha
      @LukeandAlysha  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha you would probably want to pick a portion of Canada. The Maritimes loop has been beautiful, but we're also looking forward to exploring our home province of BC more too. Quite a bit going on condensed in BC for less driving at least. Cheers 😄
