This looks so good! I gotta make my way over to Insadong~ There's a place in Chuncheon that will give you 비빔냉면 with a little pot of broth that you can add if you like! They also serve it with some char-grilled beef and it's legit the best cold noodles I've had here - if you ever stop by Chuncheon's myeongdong area I highly recommend it (in addition to the Dakgalbi, of course)! (육쌈냉면)

I miss the food in Korea! The spicy cold noodles are my favorite dish and I can’t find them in a restaurant in the states. I’ve had to figure out how to make them myself, I might just add your beef broth to my recipe next time. Yum!
Honestly, the thought of cold/ iced noodles didn't appeal much to me at all when I came here to Seoul. After the first try, I was obsessed. They're actually so damn good..especially now, while it's hot AF here in Seoul! I love them...even if they do try to choke me to death each time I eat them. :(

I’m noticing that there are lot of Mexicans in Korea. I can here them in the background of a few of your video. Not just Spanish speakers, I can here the accents. In my part of Mexico, there are a lot of Koreans because of the Kia factory. So some businesses started selling “sushi” but it’s actually kimbap.

For the cloud makguksu, is that just for appearance or does that actually help keep the bowl of noodles chilled? It looks so delicious.
Usually it's dry ice that gives that effect. Dry ice is so cold it can burn you so its cooling it too.

I miss the food in Korea! The spicy cold noodles are my favorite dish and I can’t find them in a restaurant in the states. I’ve had to figure out how to make them myself, I might just add your beef broth to my recipe next time. Yum!

한번에 두가지 국수 먹는법..대부분 비빔냉면 시키면 육수 줍니다. 반쯤 먹고 육수 넣으면 물냉면이 됩니다. 비냉과 물냉을 한번에. 전 늘 이렇게 먹어요~^^

백령도 냉면 중에 반냉이라고 해서 비빔 냉면에 육수 부어서 먹는 게 있습니다. 마지막에 육수에 계란 노른자 으깨어 마시듯 먹는 것도 특징이고요. 백령도까지 가지 않더라도 인천 쪽 가시면 드실 수 있을 것 같아요.
