in Hong Kong theres a place call tamjai samgor which is a noodle shop and they have many soup flavors and one of which is mala or (mara) where it can go from little spicy to extra extra spicy like 매운 맛 and its like numbingly paniful but still full of flavor
How smart is that concept! You'll never have to guess what's in the cooked dish! Haha I should try that at my house, pack every food item individually in the fridge and have my kids pick their own, but... they'd be too lazy to open more than one container 😂
That mushroom is called moggi bossot (sp)... I have a bottle of the dried ones in my pantry... rehydrate n add into any ramyeon or jiggae or teoppokki, rabbokki... yummmmmzzzz....

마라탕 별거 없습니다. 그냥 훠거랑 똑같아요. 들어가는 재료와 양을 선택할 수 있다 뿐이지..그냥 훠거의 홍탕 생각하면 됩니다. 짬뽕생각하면 오산입니다. 전혀 달라요.
