I think throwing parties for our loved ones are the best. I was still doing a theme party for my grown adults. This is the first year i didnt do it. Just was too tired. Hoping my kids start up with their kids so i can attend theirs.

I always try to reduce plastic waste as much as possible (actual dinnerware and cutlery, goodies that are practical and no junk or candy packed in paper as smarties, decorations from nature or made of paper). I’m from Germany - it’s highly unusual to buy new table cloths every time here. We use fabric ones that can be washed and reused
