370z Gets A Great Budget Exhaust! ISR Single Exit w/ Y-Pipe

My 370z gets loud! ISR single exit with their y-pipe is a great budget setup and is exactly what I was looking for. It's a bit droney but sounds good when driving hard, I'll definitely report back if I get too overwhelmed with it but so far so good!

I have the same exhaust on my NB Miata and personally i don't think they sound all bad they could have just a slight rasp to them, but they can sound mean in the high rpms.

First saw you on TheTopher with your 8th gen SI, now I found you again looking around at ISR! Bought the ISR single exit catback kit for my GS400, hoping it's not too loud or droney since it's gonna be a daily and noise restrictions in my area can get kinda strict... Your review gives me a decent idea of what I should expect in terms of sound level. How's it been living with it for a month? Cheers!

My uncle has a completely stock MK3 Supra turbo, been bugging him to sell me it. If he doesn’t I am looking at getting a 370Z, love that these cars are NA and very simple. The ISR exhaust actually sounds pretty good for the price.

I have the same exhaust with Isr long tube headers and z1 resonated y pipe
But I recently cut the muffler off and on the single and put a vibrant resonator and that shit is loud asf
That resonator/muffler on the single exit really really makes the single exit TAMED

Are you getting any drone? I just installed the same exact setup except with motordyne resonated test pipes and get crazy drone at 2-3k rpms

Yup I get a good amount of drone but I have stock cats. I think once I upgrade those I'll get a quieter exhaust

How loud would you say it is? My biggest concern is I don't want it to be heard from 5 blocks away like a tomei

With stock catalytic converters this can be pretty tame at low RPMs, I imagine if you have test pipes or HFCs then this would be very loud. Definitely more quiet than a Tomei though
