I truly enjoy the fact that NAVI let's their players play the way they want to play and incorporates their style into their team vs making the players play a certain "style".
Apart from Zywoo, he is by far the best rookie we've ever seen. This year he has even been outperforming s1mple at times. It's crazy to think about how he's only 18.
It depends how I measure it imo B1t’s had a bigger impact on his team in navi than zywoo did in vitality, in terms of accolades it’s not even close he’s won every lan tournament he’s played in dropped only one game winning the other 22 I think it is he’s won a grand slam, and a major aswell as outperforming s1mple and electronic consistently the two behemoths of the navi lineup he’s got the highest average headshot percentage in a Callander year in the history of the game beating scream. Now yes individually zywoo is the better player there’s no denying it but I really don’t think b1t’s far behind and the guys doing it with rifles like niko whilst also secondary awping on some maps. I still standby zywoo having the best rookie year in terms of individually but as a whole B1t takes it for me.

You should do one on SEN Lou for apex legends. His story is one of the best ive heard. Ever since he was young he would play video games as much as he could to where he would play all night and morning then sleep in school. He knew ever since he was young he was going to be pro in gaming. His parents were never for it until the Poland LAN where Lou got 17th place i believe. Lou wanted to quit competing but his dad pushed him to keep going. Later down the line Lou won his first regional in october of 2020. His dad wanted to come over ASAP to celebrate. On the way to visit Lou, he passed in a car accident. Today Lou uses his father as motivation and is now a Top 3 team in apex legends for sure.
Topson winning his first lan with millions of dollars of prize pool (TI) and then winning it again the next year is still the best rookie in esports history for me
B1t is a future superstar if he isn't one already. The guy is going to easily have 1.2+rating potential year in and year out. He plays with so much intelligence that often his biggest weakness is overplaying or overthinking a situation- and that is something he will likely get better with through time. Dude has an incredibly natural feel for the flow of the game. Very excited about his future.
He is performing in key rounds.. Holding his positions like iceberg.. He is the main reason why Navi is at the top (Don't cry about s1mple being GOAT, he is) B1t gave stability to team.. Just imagine if he would not have replaced flamie then the success NAVI is getting would be difficult..
For me personally, ZywOo is still the best rookie to ever touch CSGO. No disrespect to B1t, he's been phenomenal throughout the year. But this video is talking about a rookie, a single person. So we need to focus on the individual, not the accolades that they achieved as a team.
Zywoo was never better as a rookie. You need to see single player in context of adaptability to team, so it is not only a player or a team, it is both. He clicked right in, while others didnt.
@@vedadvehabovic5804 when it comes to adaptability, zywoo also adapt very well with the team filled with French scene rejects like Happy, and he manages to elevate their level as well. Without zywoo, vitality won't be the force that we know them today.

@@IINEXUSGAMERII This is so silly. You're talking as if B1t does everything by himself to win those tournaments. This is CSGO, a 5v5 game, not a one man army shit. Put B1t on the same team with washed up Happy and NBK, let's see if he can achieve those tournament wins. That's all I have to say.
"The Greatest Rookie in Esports History" that is a bold statement when Zywoo in his first year was HLTV #1 Player of the year, and did it again in next year. B1T is great but he is not the greatest rookie.
Honestly even though zywoo did deserve number 1 player in 2019, I don't think he did in 2020, s1mple in my opinion was better, but even considering the fact that zywoo did get 2 number 1s in 2 years, he didn't win any big trophies, and what separates the great rookies from the best is the difference they make when it really matters
I can't really discredit ZywOo, he definitely had the best performance as a rookie and if he had an actually competent team around him, he'd win just as many trophies as b1t did. About the only difference is that ZywOo is the star of the team and wields the AWP, while b1t is a rifler, anchor and still shines next to legends like s1mple and elec. Meanwhile xi wu was really the hard carry in that team, except for the odd shox overperformance. Both deserve an equal amount of respect, for different reasons. Imma give a slight edge to b1t as a NAVI fanboy, because of the role he is in, with the hs% and trophies, reaching the spot of a top 13 player in the world in his first year in tier 1, with LAN in mind, it's just all too wild.
Zywoo 3 years in tier 1, and still 0 relevant trophies, b1t in 7 months already won every possible title in cs except for katowice, which he will probably win in 2022)
I watched this video and got a B1t holo sticker I’m not even joking, pretty glad, he seems like a good kid and I hope he has a long and illustrious career tho even if he doesn’t that’s nothing to be ashamed of, dude became a top player just by the hardware he’s won this year
zywoo was even better rookie than b1t imo. He got hltv 1# ranking in his first 2 years of competitive csgo. He just didnt have s1mple and electronic in his team.
Both can be considered the best rookies, though that depends on how you weight raw talent vs success. If Zywoo is an A+, b1t is probably A- to an A. Zywoo won some tournaments in 2019, but b1t has already won more than what most pros have spent years trying and failing to do. Both were the best rookies in their years though, no doubt.
Not to understate the excellence of B1t, but zywOo went back to back HLTV No.1s in his rookie years, how is he not the greatest rookie in esport history?
@naufal marsa This man has back to back HLTV number 1s, something that only a handful of players will ever claim. Heck, some of the games greatest every players don't even have even 1(niko, dev1ce, eliege, but to name a few) , and he has 2, BACK TO BACK, in his rookie year. Even s1mple, the player who I consider to be the greatest of all fucking time, doesnt have 2 back to back Number 1s, especially not in his rookie year. Admittedly he's going to do it eventually but the point still stands, ZywOo did it in his rookie year. Not only that but he carried Vitality, a team who are mediocre at best without him, to what many consider the most consistent run of performances in 2020, that on top of a dominant 2019, where vitality took the world by storm, led by 18/19 year old ZywOo. You then add in the fact that B1t joined an already excellent team, Navi, with the greatest player EVER to touch any version of counterstrike in the form of his life, along side what many, including me, consider to be one of the worlds greatest riflers in electronic, one of the worlds best tacticians in blade, alongside a promising perfecto and bomb14. @@thushakosty You can argue coldzera, definitely I see your reasoning (to come from an illdeveloped region, dominate on the big stage and collect HLTV number 1) but for me its Zywoo.
@naufal marsa Your major argument is so easily countered. 1. A major can be won by a fluke performance from any team (not to say that NaVis major was a fluke, not at all), but all it takes is one solid over performance at the right time and place - just look at Cloud9s miracle Boston major 2018 victory. 2. There are 5 slots on a major winning team, meaning one player can perform poorly, but as long as they are made up for by their team mates, they are still named a major winner. Meanwhile, HLTV.1 is only available to 1 player per year, and is the single best measure of consistency through out the year. It is a monumental achievement to win this even once. Some of the best players of our generation (Ropz, Twistzz, Niko, Device, Elige, just to name a few) will never even win this award once. ZywOo won this award back to back - in his rookie year. Something that has NEVER EVER been done before, in ANY esport title. I pray counterstrike lives on for centuries, and if it does, I’ll be quiet literally stunned, if in the next 100 years ZywOos break out performance is repeated up to 3 times. The best player in the world, S1mple, did not have such magisterial form in his break out year. ZywOo did it in the most competitive era of all time. In a time where Astralis would go on to win 4 major titles, Liquid would become the fastest grand slam winning team and dominate numerous tournaments, G2 would rise with the addition of Niko, NaVi as always with a stellar peak ability, CoL on the brink of stardom with the jaggaurnaut, amongst numerous other notable teams ZywOo stood above every single one of them, in his rookie year, carrying a team of rejected Frenchmen to world number 1, and claiming 2 back to back HLTV number 1s. Your major argument is nil and void. I have spoken nothing but fact. ZywOo is simply the greatest rookie counterstrike has ever seen, and potentially will ever seen. In fact, he might just be the best break out rookie in esport history.
He's a fantastic rookie, but calling him the greatest ever is a stretch when Zywoo was the #1 player in his very first tier 1 year. And in other esports, Topson won TI at his very first LAN of any caliber. I don't think those are feats that will ever be topped.
Lol. #1 means fuck-all compared to 4/4 LAN wins, the Grand-Slam and a goddamn Major. Yes, ofc skillwise Zywoo is much better, but goddamn, bits mechanical skill, aim and being decently consistent definitely makes him best rookie
FINALLY, someone with sense. It is blasphemous to compare B1t to Zywoo, and this is coming from a die hard S1mple fan. Zywoo is without a single shadow of a doubt, the single greatest rookie from any version of counterstrike, and arguably any esport tile. That is fact, anything else is rubbish.
For me personally, ZywOo is still the best rookie to ever touch CSGO. No disrespect to B1t, he's been phenomenal throughout the year. But this video is talking about a rookie, a single person. So we need to focus on the individual, not the accolades that they achieved as a team.

In a time where Astralis would go on to win 4 major titles, Liquid would become the fastest grand slam winning team and dominate numerous tournaments, G2 would rise with the addition of Niko, NaVi as always with a stellar peak ability, CoL on the brink of stardom with the jaggaurnaut, amongst numerous other notable teams
ZywOo stood above every single one of them, in his rookie year, carrying a team of rejected Frenchmen to world number 1, and claiming 2 back to back HLTV number 1s.
Your major argument is nil and void.
