You know, I was skeptical at first but after watching this video I’m sold. If you have good enough ears then you can really hear those waves forming. It’s like sitting on a quiet beach.
I have to say this thou about the Trinnov , What if you only have 2 subwoofers. The tech is great but only a handful of people could actually use it (not many people have that no. of subwoofers ) or am i missing something ?
@@TechinaSec101 I watched a video on the Trinnov version a little while ago. It was pretty technical but he did a decent job explaining it. From what I understood, the beaming and active room treatment work in tandem but not exclusively. They’re showing off their ideal versions that would allow both techniques to work together for optimal performance. However, you can still reap the benefits of the active room treatment even if you’re not setup to really use the beaming technique, which most probably are not and will have to decide if they want to make those changes. How it all works in practice and how well it can work for “non-optimal” configurations is I guess yet to be seen.
The advancement in HT is amazing. I want to ask you, what do you use to record your videos? The quality always comes out super crisp and bright! Visual and audio 👍🏼
When are they going to use this tech to rescue actual cinemas! A great avr these days and a 4k blu ray can give you with atmos and a big oled a shocking level of quality at home . The cinema I went to recently sounded pathetic compared to my anthem . This would’ve absolutely murdered it and given the quality of say Godzilla minus one shouldn’t we be trying to give people this Level of enjoyment for their tickets ?
Super cool, don't get me wrong but that room costs more than most peoples entire house. You have to be absurdly lucky to be one of the minuscule portion of the population who could ever even dream to be able to attain something like this.
So this helps with the problems low bass makes. You would still need to treat your room for diffusion or absorbers to treat the mid to high frequency. The purpose of the waveforming is to cancel out room modes resulting in boomy nonuniform bass
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude thank you for your response. Is it fair to say that it may remove the need for bass traps or would you still recommend to have them in this setup?
I keep checking my Lotto tickets twice a week still no luck 😭

Lovely !!!
That john wick clip hits so damn hard it’s insane for real
Amazing Demo as always, but this year was especially top notch.
I know that system isnt turned up, but I love it ❤️
That John Wick 4 scene terrified me when I first played it at home. It was awesome.
This was amazing! Better demo than the Storm Audio.
That was cool AF!
Absolutely insane!
its ok
Wow just kool
It is good, But you need to hear Storm Audios Dirac AT. That needs to be heard also. Both are at the top of their field :D

you dont need super big subs. You need a minimum of 4 subs to make this effective, its not really outside the realm of most peoples grasp
that was amazing !
What did the bass honestly sound like? Amazing?
Thanks for this demo, most dudes do not even try to demo the sound they talk about.
Blu-ray 4K (and 3D) is still better than kaleidoscope.
I disagree.
Looks rad. What was the actual speaker configuration? it looked like 11.24.6 to me.
Yup. Wrote it wrong. So wha?
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude Just wondering what the speaker configuration is.
In the demo, when wave forming is turned off, are we hearing uncalibrated response or room correction without the wave forming?
Optimizer is always on.
What brand of speakers and amps again?
Man. Still never been to an audio show. ;(
I’m like “I’m set I have 2750 watts in my room and peak 6000” 😂 there is always something better.
Amazing
How much is a set up like going to cost someone??
Ffaarrrrr in the 6 figures $$$$
13.26.6…… my 5.0 yes you read right i have no sub system is shocked about this its time to upgrade 5.1😂
What Ascendo gear do you have for sale?
3x black swan berrylium
2x sealed 21 inch subs
1x sealed 50 infrasonic plus 10kW amp and dsp
The advancement in HT is amazing. I want to ask you, what do you use to record your videos? The quality always comes out super crisp and bright! Visual and audio 👍🏼
Ill never tell 😅
I think somebody broke the code !!!
What does that theater room cost in total? Rough estimate?
I think i read somewhere that they didn't know for sure but just said "in the 7 figures"

I have this set up in my spare bedroom
Word?
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude Excel
Instead of paying for this system, just rent a theater when you want to watch a movie, the rental cost may catch up after 50 years.
Check your math
Soon, all four walls will be only speakers, 360 wave forming.
theoeticallty yes but subs are usually in the front and back and dont propagate from he side walls
26 Subs ? EEe.... Yyy.... WHAT!
Did they mention when this wave forming will be released?
Are you in line to purchase? Wow, I'd think one of your assistants would be posting here.
Tuesday?
They're rolling out Wave Forming to installers now and it will be available to the public I believe after this winter/into the spring of '24
What an experience it must have been in that room
It’s pretty rad

Who the hell needs 13.26.6? I'm very happy with Dirac Live 5.4.2 on my new Denon X4800H and can't wait for the upcoming Dirac ART upgrade.
Did you watch the video?
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude Right, LMAO. I guess ignorance is bliss.

@@santabanta6988 Having bass traps would only help you. Trinnov would have to do less correction.
So this setup is roughly how much
Mucho
About as much as a used Ferrari….
@@MrGfunk215
So near 100k or half a mil
I’m in …
Trinnov 13.26.6?Trinnov 13.24.6!
Whoops 😂
Somehow it just doesn't seem impressive on my monitor and desktop speakers... 😁
So... if you have only 2 subs, will this tech be useful? Or is it only useful for 5 or more subs?
You know the answer. You just dont want to admit it yet
May I know what's room size?
3meter x9 meter i think. They mention it in another recording i made.
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude Thank u
Any details on this "129,600" watts, It sounds like marketing garbage and frankly the watts don't mean much at all.
Eh, I my Samsung 50 inch QLED TV is just as good. Probably a better picture too.
Home Theater! HOME THEATER!!?? I guess they mean Bill Gates' home. It is impressive for sure.
Too many speakers. Overkill
That 3d model rotation is bad
So now it can play punch sound as Godzilla foot sound …I’m a fan of realistic ,so I’m disappointed …call me crazy
crazy what people will do to play a $30 movie
Go back to your soundbar then. Ill wait.
Seeing all of those smiling faces at the end is the payoff I'm sure. It sounds like it's gonna change some things. Listening on at ATH-AD900X
